They looked over everything, and I waited in the office, which is enjoyable in itself. When they were done I had my credit card ready, but they didn't charge me. Buck is this amazing man who calls me "Kiddo" and helped me feel safe for my holiday travels. But that's not all. I made another appointment for yesterday and Buck took care of everything; he found the part I needed, and worked with my schedule. I picked up my car today, and a couple of hours later I was driving it and heard an odd sound. I called them and was told to bring it in and they would look at it to see what might be the problem. They looked over everything, found the problem, and fixed it. This is the best service I have ever had from an auto repair shop. Most importantly I know that Buck cares about his customers and has made sure I felt safe on the road. Five stars is not enough! Our engine died on our way south…read moreright on the outskirts of Cheyenne. These guys were able to get us in on a Friday afternoon to see what was going on. After doing an in-depth inspection and no issue being found, Nate asked if he could drive it around to see if it happened again. After no issues during his drive, he brought it directly to me at the hotel we were at. He gave us ideas on what might have been the cause, answered all my questions (despite some of them probably being ridiculous!), and said they'd be happy to help if we have any issues in the future. These guys went way above and beyond amd showed true concern for our needs and car issues versus us just being a number and a paycheck. Words can't describe how grateful I am for their help and patience (and the fact that it didnt cost an arm and a leg just for no issues to be found!).
