I was totally ignored as I asked about dock install times, emails, texts to the owner, calls to the 99 office number. I even sold my boat and referred them for work on the boat. I did not receive call back regarding shore station replacement , install ETA times, or any other requests. I had to get someone else to install my docks this year. They don't care, and do not use them as they have too much business and have little concern to respond to customers.

He will charge customers for indoor cold storage, when little do they know their boat has been outside all winter. He cannot take criticism at all. Instead of assisting to make right with an unhappy customer, he will scream and cuss, accuse, lie, and threaten to take ANYBODY to court, or he just blames his employees and makes them sit through one of his cursing fits.. I worked there for only two months and saw all the crooked shit he did to customers. He has been cited for having bad registration on his jet skis. He refused to pay an employee her last check after he fired her through a text message, and when an investigator advised him this was illegal, he yelled at said employee to "take him to court, he loves court, and he will get a jury trial". This is the face he is putting on for his company. He is very inappropriate, has a short fuse, treats his employees like shit and accuses them of stealing constantly. All around jus do not bring your business here. Pontoons are expensive, and even just a second on Fasttrax property it would lose its value. The boats he has out front "for rent or sale" most of them are full of water, missing keys, don't run, or are legally not registered correctly. All around avoid the headache and don't go to that crook. Also, I left a review on Google for Fasttrax, and immediately my review was removed and all other bad reviews were gone and replaced with ALL 5 star fake reviews under fake names. Don't let his fake 5 starts getcha! Before the bad reviews were removed he only had 2.1 rating. So I'm not the only one that knows Fasttrax is bad news.
