He was asked to come out to a home to do a routine pest inspection, which he did. However, when it came time to try reaching him again by phone it was impossible! He does not have a store front, making it impossible to just walk in to chat with him. When you call the number it rings and rings and when it finally does click over to voicemail it's full. He never calls back, and he has completely delayed escrow. I will NEVER again recommend this pest company!

The first inspector hired by the owner had sold the little old lady on $4k worth of repairs, they then proceeded to do half ass work that needs to be replaced. The second inspector was very through and called out all the poor work the previous company had done, it would need $9k of additional work. That seemed thorough but very expensive, this is where our Realtor called Arrow. I expressed my concerns with Dan and the original repairs and the 2nd inspection cost. Dan review and agreed the 1st company had done poor work that was not up to code. His quote for detailed and a fair price, about 1/2 of my other bid. I look forward to Dan making the repairs!!

I got in touch with Bird Handyman and they took the job for the next day....just in time. They came on time with a trailer we thought was way too small, but they were so efficient at loading, they had a mountain of junk in the trailer and the back of their truck in less than an hour. They put on the tarps and hauled it all away. Their price was more than reasonable and they also took some hazardous waste and paint away too. There was not even a tiny piece of paper left. We were so grateful. They not only did a great job quickly and efficiently but they were really nice people too. Highly recommend.
