The roofer refused to correct any of the problems. I had a couple of contractors along with a personal friend who is a building inspector for the city of New Orleans tell me that my roof had many insulation errors. So I had no choice but, to file a lawsuit against the roofer. So I needed an expert. I found Don on this site. His wife handles his appointments he was easy to schedule, very knowledgeable, both he and his wife were very nice and his prices were very reasonable. He found even more problems with my roof than I thought I had. On trial day the roofers attorney saw Don freaked out an request a continuance. The attorney basically told me that he had dealt with Don before and that he was too thorough. Thanks to the leverage supplied Don we settled out of court. Talk about an angry roofer . Since then, they found roof damage and we have contracted them to put on a new roof, they are restoring one of the suites that had mold that had to be gutted, and they come out anytime we have rain or a water emergency and take care of us quickly.
