The salesman James came to my place of employment to show me swatches (pro). Three weeks later he called to ask me what colors I'd chosen that day (con! and honestly my biggest issue). It was another 8 weeks of me calling and texting looking for updates (con...). I was given the run around and once my awning cover was finally installed, it wasn't the right color (big con). My husband's reaction "it just looks bleh". I was told if I wasn't happy, I could pay the cost of the fabric to replace it. It wasn't the right color... It's not even close to the swatch I'd chosen. It's unfortunate... It was an expensive (ugly) purchase that I'll now have to live with.

SCAM Company C Bel Awnings provided the worst service of any…read morecompany I've ever had do work on my house. They are unprofessional, unskilled, and dishonest. They installed shade sails incorrectly. They also lied about how deep they installed the poles. They agreed to install the poles at 3 ft deep but when I had them removed during the repair process, I found the poles were only installed 18 inches deep. The work they did looked terrible, functioned improperly, and put my family and property in danger. This company has wasted my time and money and caused a huge amount of unnecessary stress. Stay away from these scam artists. They have earned a terrible reputation in this city. They regularly delete their yelp and google review pages in an effort to avoid accountability.

We started this process on 1/11/2022, paid him $400 deposit. Was promised awning multiple times. Didn't receive until 2/25, after several unfulfilled promises. Awning installed; however it extended too far in my driveway. Granted, measurements were taken by Mr Jenkins. I called him immediately upon leaving my home, 30 mins or less explaining no one could drive down my driveway. Now, realizing all the phone calls I had to make to just get the first awning I put a stop payment on the check because I knew it would be an issue having him to return to correct and he problem. As thought, he proved me correct. Every phone call/text, MULTIPLE excuses or just no response at all. Threatened to report him to the BBB, guess what he calls. Multiple promises again this continues for another month and a half. Finally on March 26, Mr. Jenkins calls and says that he has my awning ready. Two guys arrived in My Home with an awning that's only one and a half feet long. Now the original on was 3 feet long with the tag of $800. I explain to Mr. Jenkins that I had only received half the material therefore I only owed him $400. He cursed and threaten to come to my home and remove the newly installedI advised him to take me to court if he felt that I owed him additional money and not to return to my property at that time I feel threatened And was advised by my son who is a federal agent to call and make a police report Mr. Jenkins continue to text me until I gave him the police phone number and asked him to do not contact me. If you're looking for an unprofessional company then this is it I've never dealt with anyone so unprofessional. I only wish that I could provide a picture to show you the new awning that he expected me to pay him at an additional 300-400; for his mistake.
