We sent numerous texts over the last five months, and he continued to make excuses and kept saying "whenever someone is in the area, they'll fix it." The salesman James came to my place of employment to show me swatches (pro). Three weeks later he called to ask me what colors I'd chosen that day (con! and honestly my biggest issue). It was another 8 weeks of me calling and texting looking for updates (con...). I was given the run around and once my awning cover was finally installed, it wasn't the right color (big con). My husband's reaction "it just looks bleh". I was told if I wasn't happy, I could pay the cost of the fabric to replace it. It wasn't the right color... It's not even close to the swatch I'd chosen. It's unfortunate... It was an expensive (ugly) purchase that I'll now have to live with.

When she said this is the company she used for her home, we just knew it had to be good. And the end result is AWESOME! Forest, the business owner, came out to work up a bid for us. We needed our patio expanded, so he gave us a referral for that, too, that worked out great. He then gave us a very reasonable bid. I know my neighbour had a screen room installed by a different company, and they paid quite a bit more for what seems to be a very comparable product. Forest scheduled with us around our needs. He got the job done quicker than expected, and the end result is fantastic! If you're looking for a screen room, sun room, awning/patio cover, or something similar give Navy Point a call.
