The brackets looked like a child had cut them with rusty scissors, and the gutters themselves were crooked. They insisted repeatedly over 4 months that they're guys would be out to take care of it. In addition, the roof leaks in 2 spots. I got up on a ladder March 15, 2023 to see what the problem could be, and that is when I discovered that they didn't even install a cover on top, they had left bare brackets! I've left countless messages and texts in the last 2 months, to which I've yet to receive a response. Do yourself a favor. Google the phone numbers on their web page, and you'll find that they have multiple webpages under different company names, but the same phone numbers and pictures. Then try calling all of those numbers. You'll find that half of them do not exist, and the ones that do go through go right to voicemail, with the same person on every number saying that he'll call you back. His name is Derwin. Then look at their addresses that you mind for them on HOUZZ or any Google search. I found one today in Baton Rouge. Guess what, it's actually a church. I'm willing to bet that the licenses that they claim to have in multiple states do not exists either. Either way, my next step is to file a civil suit against them for fraud. I've already been in contact with Consumer Protection Agencies in all of the states that they claim to do business in.

About 6 yrs ago we had a patio installed on our home in Gulfport. Day one the enclosure leaked. We…read morecalled for 6 months straight to get the issue resolved and they always had an excuse as to why they would not be able to get out and correct the issue. Recently we has a home inspection done and they said the flashing was improperly installed. We called a company to come out and caulk the enclosure to stop the leaking. That company sent out a contractor to do the work. AAA does not guarantee caulking but if we woul agree to flashing at $700 it woul have a lifetime warranty. We couldn't remember the name of the original installer, little did we know it was the same person we called about caulking. Turns out there is a business sticker on top of the patio that states it was installed by AAA ALUMINUM ENCLOSURES. They state lifetime warranty on the flashing but that's not the case at all. The caulking was leaking that was just done but he doesn't warranty $350 caulking ,he only warranties $750 flashing. When I pointed out to him he was the original installer, therefore he should have installed new flashing correctly he said he didn't know about doing all that. Turns out he does business under different names here in the Gulf Coast area. They do shoddy work and do not stand behind their warranties. We are senior citizens and live on a fixed income. So we are out several thousand dollars and will end up spending much more to have it fixed correctly.. Don't do business with Gulf Coast Patio and Screen or AAA Aluminum enclosures. They are the same company
