Let me tell you the story of the physician that saved my life. On a balmy day towards the end of…read moreApril, I had symptoms that required the skills of a neurosurgeon. The first spinal surgeon declined to operate on me as the site of surgery was too close to my brain stem involving my spinal cord. He referred me to his friend and that is how I got into contact with the neurosurgeon that saved my life, Dr. Erick Westbroek. I'm not sure why there is one disgruntled review on his Yelp page but nonetheless, I would like to speak accolades about his professional treatment of me with courtesy and respect. When he first examined me, I had a pretty serious medical problem that requires immediate surgical intervention. I'm talking about the kind that can lead to an occlusion of a vertebral artery could potentially cause induce a stroke. However, he was very calm and collected when he reviewed my medical notes and charts, knowing full well my medical condition even before I stepped into his office. Though he outlined the risks of the surgery, he spoke with a sense of reassurance that only someone who is confident in their skills can. I had my surgery within 2 weeks of initial consult with him due to the manner of my emergent medical condition. The day of surgery, he looked very relaxed and full of energy, ready to do my surgery. I was able to speak with him for a brief moment sharing how people of almost the entire orange county are praying for me and for him before the surgery. He made his surgical mark with a marker and before I knew what was happening after I was wheeled into the operating room, I was anesthetized. After what felt of only a minute, though the surgery lasted 6 hours, I woke up in the intermediate care unit where I had full use of my limbs again. As a physician, he restored my health. It was incredulous to believe. An ailment that I was afflicted with for several months was now abated. I could walk again! Not only that, I woke up to a new Pope elected after my surgery, Pope Leo. Furthermore, 2 of the nurses that visited and cared for me was my classmate and student. If that is not an uncanny coincidence, I don't know what is. I knew it was one of those where God provided Divine Providence. What a fitting name as the hospital where my life was saved... was owned by Providence. Thank you Dr. Westbroek for your consummate service to your patients. I would consider you a renown neurosurgeon in this county of Orange as there are few people with your subset of technical skills to operate at a precise level, restoring the health of the human body to its original function.

The neurosurgeon who was on call did not want to take the case, but by God's grace Dr. Bowen Jiang happened to be at the hospital and agreed to treat me. He immediately met with me and my family and explained that emergency surgery was necessary. He was honest and compassionate--he would not guarantee an outcome and warned that there was a possibility I might never walk again. After the surgery, I spent three days in the ICU and then two weeks at St. Jude Hospital before finally being able to return home. Dr. Jiang told me recovery could take up to a full year before I could return to my normal routine. Thanks to Dr. Jiang's extraordinary skill and care, my recovery has been nothing short of miraculous. Three months later I was swinging a golf club. Five months later I was back on the football field officiating games. One year later, Dr. Jiang released me from his care. Dr. Jiang not only saved my mobility--he gave me my life back. His surgical skill, honesty, compassion, and willingness to step in during a critical moment are things my family and I will never forget. I truly believe I am walking today because of him. I cannot recommend Dr. Bowne Jiang highly enough. If you ever find yourself needing a spine surgeon, you could not be in better hands.

This was my first time visiting a spine surgery department, and I was really nervous about what might be wrong. I was very fortunate to be assigned to Dr. Shirin (assistant to Dr. Jiang) for my initial consultation. She very carefully asked me about my condition from onset to the present and performed a very patient and thorough physical examination to assess my physical state. She also took the time to patiently explain my MRI images to me and walked me through several treatment options--what to try first, and what the next steps would be if those didn't work. Her approach slowly eased my high anxiety and helped me feel more at peace, giving me a clear idea of what to do next in my treatment. I feel so lucky to have met Dr. Shirin. She even shared her own experience with a similar condition, which gave me confidence that I can recover as well. She provided a lot of emotional support and truly gave me peace of mind. It's rare to meet such a skilled and caring doctor who fills you with confidence about getting better. I'd like to sincerely thank Dr. Shirin, and also thank Dr. Jiang for mentoring such an excellent physician.

Life-Changing Experience with Dr. Henry Lin…read more I cannot say enough amazing things about Dr. Henry Lin and my entire surgical experience. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. I had a tummy tuck and a breast lift (mastopexy), and the results are nothing short of phenomenal. Dr. Lin is truly a master of his craft. My breasts are beautifully reshaped, lifted, and youthful -- excess skin removed and the nipple/areola positioned perfectly for a natural, refreshed look. My tummy tuck has completely transformed my body and restored my confidence in ways I didn't think were possible. What truly sets Dr. Lin apart is not only his exceptional surgical skill, but his compassion, attention to detail, and genuine care for his patients. He took the time to listen, explain every step, and made sure I felt safe, informed, and confident throughout the entire process. His staff is absolutely outstanding and deserves special recognition: * Miranda, LVN, was kind, attentive, and reassuring. * Clarissa, MA, was professional, supportive, and always welcoming. * Kathryn, who handled surgery scheduling, was organized, efficient, and made the entire process seamless. * Elizabeth at the front office was friendly, helpful, and professional. * Laura at the front office was equally wonderful -- always polite, warm, and accommodating. A very special thank you to Monique, whose support, kindness, and reassurance meant more to me than words can express. She truly made a difference in my journey. Every interaction I had with this office reflected professionalism, respect, and genuine care. If you are considering cosmetic surgery and want beautiful, natural results with a surgeon and team you can fully trust, Dr. Henry Lin is the one. I am beyond grateful for this experience and would 100% choose Dr. Lin and his team again. Thank you for changing my life and restoring my confidence!

Jenny my acupuncturist is hands down the best in class there is. She makes you feel very comfortable and knows exactly where and how many needles to use. My pain level went from a 10 to a 4 currently and I'm able to go most days with no ibuprofen. I only take one a night to help me sleep. I would be a complete mess if I hadn't started coming here back in May. (Thanks to my husband) I literally can't feel them when they go in or out. There may be one or two that might me a little more tender but when you're in constant pain you don't even care at that point you just want the therapy. I go once a week and I never miss. The lobby is big and has places to sit and rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The front office staff and medical assistant are excellent- Beth and Victoria.

I was a patient at Fullerton Neurology for years when Dr. Florin was there, and my experience during that time was wonderful. The staff was kind, professional, and I always felt comfortable and cared for. Unfortunately, after Dr. Londoño took over, my experience completely changed. The website still listed Dr. Florin for quite some time, which was misleading, but the final interaction I had there was enough for me to never return. During a Botox appointment, my husband took a quick photo while I was receiving injections along my scalp line. We genuinely did not realize photos were not allowed and absolutely would have respected that policy had we been told beforehand. The moment the photo was taken, Dr. Londoño reacted in a way that was honestly shocking. She began screaming at my husband repeatedly, demanded he unlock his phone, watched him delete the photo, and then ordered him to leave the office. He apologized multiple times and immediately complied. I was left sitting mid-procedure while she continued expressing how "violated" she felt. She also said she was so shaken up that she couldn't finish the procedure. The entire situation became extremely uncomfortable and escalated far beyond what seemed reasonable for a misunderstanding over a single photo that was immediately deleted. After the appointment, she told me she never wanted to see me again and that I needed to find a new doctor -- after years of being a patient there. I fully understand offices may have policies regarding photos, and I respect that. But the way this situation was handled felt incredibly unprofessional, aggressive, and upsetting. It was honestly one of the most uncomfortable interactions I've ever had with a medical professional.
