Chad and Greg, from BoMark, swooped in like super heroes, opened their little giant ladder and installed my new chandelier in the foyer. From the initial call with Bryan M. the sales manager, to the end of service, I had a good experience with BoMark. Thanks guys, you made my Mother's Day week !! :-) Mrs. Nicohle H. Lee

They came promptly to give me an estimate to upgrade a lot of electricl outlets in an apartment, as well as add an additional smoke/CO2 detector. I received the estimate the next day. It was 20% lower than an earlier estimate I'd received, so I decided to go with Tag. They were able to start the work 3 days later, and finished it all in one day. Their tech, James, was great. He called me after he'd finished, showed me everything he'd done, and answered all my questions. The place was spotless--always a good sign of the pride someone takes in their work, as far as I'm concerned. I highly recommend Tag.

I hired the Tr-State Handyman to recaulk the windows in my condo. He quoted me an hourly rate that…read moreI was satisfied paying. He asked for pictures of the windows; I obliged by texting several pictures to him and confirming how many windows needed attention. He arrived late the day of my appointment and, upon seeing the windows in person, said that he did not realize that my windows were brown; the caulk that he brought was white. He said it would be best to go and get the proper color caulk and looked up hardware stores near my residence. He found that there were three within a mile of my house. He leaves to go buy the caulk, calls me 20 minutes later and says that he decided to go to Home Depot -- which is at least 6 miles and 25 minutes away. When he returns and completes the work, he charges me for the time spent going to and from Home Depot. I expressed that I should not pay for him being unprepared, but unwilling to argue with a man I had just met, I paid the invoice. I am grateful not to have done the work myself, but would not recommend working with this young man without a firm commitment about the price and his preparedness. I received offers from other vendors willing to complete the work and recommend that anyone thinking of hiring this gentleman explores their options before settling.

This man won't leave my life. I actually had to file a police report today over this. It's insane to me! He continues to make false claims. He says he find. Illegal things in my home office. Why was this man in my home office? He was supposed to be working in my Bathrooms? Was he looking for things to steal? All lies. What kind of guy I am? Dude. I live in a nice house and make good money. You think I con people out of their money? I've never taken someone to court personally. Through business yes. You're the first one. You know you did a bad job. As for calling me from Home Depot for my Credit card, no contractor does that. This dude said he had no money on him. He never said he would Open up the ceiling. He couldn't fix the problem and went the cheap way out. That stopper he put on didn't work. He says he doesn't work the weekends. I'll post the text messages with him offering to come out on Saturday and then Sunday. He offered. Then he stood me up two times. He says he doesn't care about my ceiling. So, he floods the house, and doesn't care? Further, after I filed my police report today, the officer investigated his company. He has no license. His company hasn't been in good standing since last year. It has been forfeited. He is working without a license. Be completely aware of this. Oh and go to his website. He has links to his YouTube with himself in bed shirtless ranting about random things. This guy screams weirdo and unprofessional. I see why he made such an egregious claim about me. He clearly his mind is very dark. I didn't even ask for my Money back originally. I asked him to look at until he stood me up. Then I politely asked for a refund. This isn't a scam. Like at all. This guy has threatened me so much today. So much. House destroyed, had to take time out of my day to meet with the police for an hour. And then says he is going to have swat come destroy walls in my house. He said he would make it all go away if I delete my review. It's so insane to me. Said he will destroy my life over $375.
