The office is nice and clean, not to mention the complimentary healthy snacks and coffee/bottled water. There are laptops available in the waiting room, which is nice for checking email while I'm out of the office. For the little ones, there is a corner space with toys and a TV. I can't remember a time when either child complained that their teeth hurt, like when I had my braces back in the 80's when all I could manage to eat were scrambled eggs and jello. I'm required to be there and check in on time, but it is rare, if it has ever happened, that they pull up their end of the bargain. Explain today that the children's grandmother's viewing was today, ask how close they could be to his actual appointment time, and the receptionist said it is probably better that we just reschedule stating that they're far behind, per usual. This tells me they don't really care about their clients and are just in it for the volume/money.

I was originally going to the smaller office in The Colony, but now come here since that office has closed. This is a very nice, modern facility and everyone is wonderful. I've recently had a minor emergency with my braces when a wire has come loose and started to tear up the inside of my lip. I called and they told me to come on in with no appointment during a very busy week. They got me fixed up and on my way in a short amount of time. He has no significant dental issues, but unfortunately, my circumstances have been more complex. During a procedure, the dentist inadvertently damaged my front bridge--an expensive restoration that had been carefully placed by my previous provider in Seattle. While I understand that accidents can happen, what deeply concerned me was the way the situation was handled. Rather than acknowledging the damage or offering an apology, the dentist allowed me to leave the office without telling me it was damaged; I had to discover it at home. When I later addressed the issue, I was offered a minimal "repair". Unfortunately, the "repair" left the bridge with a very noticeable permanent defect. Based on this experience, I am not confident recommending this office to others.
