Be careful! This is a super expensive place just scammers! I was scammed into paying more than I…read moreshould have! We just called to the office but the doctor's assistant is such a shameless liar! My surgery for 1 tooth extraction was on Friday, they charged me more than I should have, charged me extra for deep sleeping anesthesia. The surgery lasted about 30 minutes. At 9:04 am I went into the surgery room with the doctor's assistant (there was a monitor with the time right in front of me). I waited for the doctor until 9:30 am (when dr.Shillingburg came in, I looked at the time on the monitor again). A few minutes later I got an injection from deep sleep . They called to my husband at 10:01am so he could pick me up! I'm 100% sure surgery was about 30 minutes, maybe even less!! But the doctor's assistant lied so much that the surgery lasted 47 minutes! REALLY??? And she said the surgery started at 8:52am! What a shame! Omg ! Check your cameras before lying to a patient who trusted you! At 8:52am, I was still standing at the checkout, sorting out the bill you gave me and trying to add $3,000 for an additional service I didn't need, in addition to $3,313 for one tooth extraction! I asked for it to be removed because the bill was already huge! It was about 6.000$ ! CRAZY ! They are the most expensive in this area, but they turned out to be such scammers! I'm shocked!

I had significant gum recession in the lower front and sides which was causing a constant dull ache…read moresensation that had come on so gradually I hadn't noticed. I also had some indications of tooth instability in front that I also hadn't noticed. I just finished my third gum graft with Dr. Moore and am now confident that I will soon be completely ache free with a natural method that uses my own tissue to solve the problem in a lasting way. I found that the procedures themselves were so tolerable that I only needed local anesthesia. Then within a few days after the procedure I needed no over the counter pain medications and within a few weeks it feels normal. And doing my right side made me realize how much constant pain I had been living with because the right side pain was gone and the left side(not yet done) remained. I knew again what normal felt like. The staff is very nice and helpful in scheduling things around your other life.

I did call the on-call doctor, who was incredibly kind and promptly called in medication, which we appreciated. A few days later, my daughter experienced additional pain, and we returned to the office. I want to say that the oral surgeon and his staff were extremely caring, professional, and accommodating. They got us in quickly, took her concerns seriously, and made sure she was taken care of. While our experience started off stressful, the follow-up care made a big difference. I truly appreciate the compassion and responsiveness they showed when we needed it.
