I also sent an email with screen shots of the amount taken out of my flexible spending account and asked the card be taken off file to prevent further billing. I called to follow up 2x in Feb and was told someone would call back. February 23, 2026 I was billed 811.26. I called and requested to speak to a supervisor but was told there was no one to speak to and a ticket was created. I feel I have been robbed. I am in a different state and have called several times. At this point the office owes me 1081.64.

On the day of her appointment, my wife called to mention there was cement on her teeth from a previous retainer and asked if it could be removed before taking molds. She was told maybe, but the doctor was very busy. Then she was quoted $100 more per retainer--$350 each! When we asked why, they said prices had gone up since I got mine, even though my wife was just quoted $250 a few days prior. I immediately note 2019 ???? I've been going to Vanilla DDS regularly since 2015. During my visit on Wednesday, he showed me a big dark cavity at the base of my tooth, then he said the good news. No root canal needed. However, it does need a crown as the solution. I've been telling them for years that I've had a bad taste in my mouth, and they said nothing about the cavity they knew was growing on tooth 32 since 2019. They left that decaying tooth in the back of my mouth until it needed a $900 crown instead of a $50 filling. I've also had other major work done with them. Not a word. Stay away! Unethical at the minimum, evil at most. I literally don't know what to say. No, I have to add this to my list of ways to avoid being taken advantage of.

I have a hole under my tongue that hurt so bad I could not eat. I went back the next day and he said it was caused by a bur from his tool. No apology, just said I don't need antibiotics. It's been two weeks and the sore is almost gone. Just waiting for my permanent crowns to come in. Scared to go back. Hope he doesn't hurt me again.

I have had periodontal treatments covered thru their membership fees for about 4 yrs now. Every time I went they found more crap to fix even though I was getting treatments q 4 months. They put in 2 crowns and on one they left a ridge that caused me to grind my teeth a lot . I went to new dentist and she fixed their mistake and my jaw pain went away . They said that's why my fillings were falling out. They turn it around on you saying it's ur fault for grinding ur teeth. The last 2 fillings I replaced this past yr weren't agreed on by 2 dentist I saw there. These people are not putting ur best interest over their desire to make more money. I should have never gone to these people. Friendly doesn't trump not knowing what they're doing. I loved them a lot at first until I realized they made a big mess in my mouth. Towards the end when I complained about my night guard not fitting properly they said oh it fits like it should. Oh that's why it kept falling out and causing me frequent headaches from not being able to sleep from my teeth not fitting together properly. The last 2 fillings I got the female dentist got the composite on my other teeth. Do not trust them to keep their word.
