They told when I made the appointment that they could do that. I showed up today and was told that I would need to pay out of pocket before leaving the office today. When I explained the situation, I was told "I am unable to confirm your alibi, sir. I wish you had gotten the name of the person who told you that." I was told my only option would be to wait and call again on Monday, or pay for everything right then, leaving me with foot pain over the long holiday weekend. Find a different office and book with them.

When you go back to pick up your $600 orthotics, they charge you again to "see the DR." How is picking up the orthotics not an extension of the first visit?
