Dr. Jenson, it is not easy to describe my doctor, Dr. Jenson, whom I call "Doctor with silk hands" because during the treatments he would ask me if I was in pain, and I would not even realize that he was finished. After meeting him, I would not see another doctor; my husband, who always looks for the best for me, found him on the Internet; after approximately 6 months of treatment on my feet, I am completely satisfied with his professional excellence because in addition to his quality and professional experience, you can feel his spirit of service and above all his expectation of wanting you to get better as soon as possible! As a doctor, he does everything he can, including motivating you to keep going! I mention this because many times, as a patient, we get impatient and would like to be cured immediately and sometimes we forget that each one of us has different organisms and many times, although Dr. Jenson does the impossible within his professionalism, our organism responds differently. There are many factors that contribute to our body's response. I too fell into despair but on each visit Dr. Jenson motivated me to continue. I am expressing my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received at this clinic for an ingrown toenail. Despite undergoing the procedure two times, the issue was not resolved, I flew back to my country to look for a second opinion because the pain continued, doctor said procedure was done incomplete and ingrown toenail was coming back. I underwent procedures at this clinic, which cost me approximately over $1,000 in total and several months of pain in my toenail. Unfortunately, the treatments were ineffective, and the ingrown toenail continued to cause significant discomfort and pain. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of care I received. Despite sending multiple emails providing proof of malpractice, videos and pictures, I have not received any response from office. Nobody has reached out to address or rectify the issue after several months of dealing with pain and discomfort. This level of negligence is unacceptable. I would not recomend using Dr Jenson. He was quick to rush surgery to fix a lot of things. I went in with heel pain on both heels, mostly my right. After my first visit I was scheduled surgery, for multiple things and it was a disaster. I have nerve pain and the ball of my toes are numb with pain. I can't walk without a support on my ankle and I my heel pain was worse. I called about the pain and was met with rudeness from the staff. Dr was going on vacation so I was not scheduled a follow up until 3 weeks post surgery after my concerns were made known. I ended up going to another doctor to remove the stitches and got way better care than Dr Jenson ever gave. The stitches had been covered with new skin growth and I had nerve damage. My left food healed on its own and despite the surgery Dr Jenson said I was going to need on that one. Thank God he didn't touch that side. The new Dr I am seeing has made my foot feel better than the pain I felt after Jensens surgery. I am never going to be at 100 percent. I regret ever going to Jenson. I still have problems and my foot looks terrible. Scarring was so bad too. Jenson didnt even try to reach out to me when I went to a new doctor. Dr. Jenson has made orthotics both for myself and for my father. Both of us were extremely impressed with the reduction in our foot pain. Fantastic doctor, excellent staff and extremely professional and attentive to my issues. I had tarpal tunnel in my right foot. Dr. Jenson's expertise allowed me to no longer have pain when I walk. I, also, had problems in my back and legs, however with a very non-evasive procedure on my sciatic nerve, I no longer have these pains. I recommend Dr. Jenson to everyone having foot problems. I recently moved to the The Woodlands from FL where I was regularly seeing very capable podiatrists who were keeping my corns and callouses in check. After moving here, I visited Dr. Jenson to try to maintain my schedule of corn and callous removal. He did not relieve ANY of my pain. Instead, he told me that I had fungus on all of my toenails which no other podiatrist has ever told me before or since. I believe he was simply trying to push his expensive laser therapy. I was very unsatisfied with Dr. Jenson, and could not recommend him at all. I did, thankfully, find another podiatrist (Dr. Curry of Neville & Assoicates) who could help me and I am so very relieved. read more

Nope, Jensen rushed through my procedure, left on vacation, and when it was all over, I have permanent nerve damage. Other providers think he nicked nerves during my tarsal tunnel procedure; and after 10 additional visits for PT to fix his problem, I have 3 toes and the ball of my foot that are in constant pain. read more
