I…read morecalled to make the appointment yesterday and confirmed that they would be able to send the bill directly to my insurance, as it is a special medical sharing system, and requires them to be billed in order to approve my expenses. They told when I made the appointment that they could do that. I showed up today and was told that I would need to pay out of pocket before leaving the office today. When I explained the situation, I was told "I am unable to confirm your alibi, sir. I wish you had gotten the name of the person who told you that." I was told my only option would be to wait and call again on Monday, or pay for everything right then, leaving me with foot pain over the long holiday weekend. Find a different office and book with them.

For years my feet were very badly deformed and I was always afraid to have my feet realigned and fixed. You know the process, recovery time and the pain...but this year I turned 50 yrs old and decided to fix both of my poor feet in one year. I am so excited! Recovery went great, pain was bearable, controlled well and the results are wonderful. A little more work to be tweaked and I will have the feet I have only dreamt of. When you go back to pick up your $600 orthotics, they charge you again to "see the DR." How is picking up the orthotics not an extension of the first visit? Also, they won't give you what you already paid for without seeing the DR anyway. What a scam!
