I've seen Dr Jerry Miles many times this year to patch up a bad blowout on the bottom of my foot ~…read morea callus with black blood underneath. It left a rather large hole where my foot lands when walking - the worst place possible. Every two weeks Dr Miles would have minor surgery removing the callus that would develop over the wound. This would allow new skin to develop instead of deep calluses. This is deliberate and painstaking work to heal a complex wound in a bad place. This was outstanding work from a doctor that knows and understands his role as a physician. I'm grateful for his work to not only for caring for a bad wound but to heal a wound that few would take the time and effort to accomplish. I believe he's one of the best at what he does and I have great respect for his work. He has gathered an amazing staff Melisa leading the way of a professional team of nurses and administrative support that exceeds expectations. I can't really say enough about this team. Thanks guys and Doc for everything, you are very special people

They are all fantastic. Being a diabetic, I have to take extra care of my health and feet. At each visit, she inquires about my blood glucose levels and A1C, and then thoroughly examines my feet to make sure that they are healthy and that there aren't any issues. For anyone needing a Podiatrist, I highly recommend Dr. Bailey Griffin.

The doctors talked to me as a person not just a patient. They explained things in a way I could understand. If for any reason I have trouble with my feet I will be back to see Dr. Griffin.

We were overcharged for visits that did not occur and or should have been charged and our insurance also billed. The visits were to reconcile their mistakes made on prior visits the same day or within a few days of being in their office. Should you need forms filled out please allow 2 or 3 weeks and be prepared to have to visit the office to find out anything or get a return phone call. They have a medical assistant/ nurse that works there that has clue how to even remove a cast. To elaborate it took her over 1 hour to remove the cast during the removal process she tried to pull and slide the foot and ankle out of it causing more pain as well trying to pull it into two pieces without it being cut properly for removal. Further more it was noted in the charts that she was releasing the patient to return to work with restrictions but never fully discussed or disclosed to the patient, no work release was even given by the doctor? It was not till the patient found out from the insurance co and or his employer he was supposed to have returned to work almost 20 days prior with restrictions. After another visit to her office in regards she refused to give the patient a work release? Until he was seen in her office for the actual scheduled appointment. When all of the issues were brought to her attention she refused to take any ownership for errors made on her part and or the offices part. In conclusion this entire process ended up costing the patient more money than it should have, issues with the patients employer, additional loss of income, and confusion. Good luck should you decide to use this office or doctor.
