If I could leave a 0 star rating I would. After making an appointment I received a phone call…read morestating that I would probably be denied as patient because I was considered high risk for being overweight. They informed me they would call me back with more feedback and information, I never received a phone call. I called to cancel my appointment because they made me feel very uncomfortable, how can you judge a client without meeting them. When trying to cancel the appointment they informed me that they did not have an appointment for me. I am so glad I decided to take my health care somewhere else, and not allow an office staff to make me feel uncomfortable. Reconsider making an appointment here!

Despite the 4.5 star rating, please think twice before scheduling an appointment with Dr. Frey,…read moreespecially if you are a SA victim. Not only did I have to wait an hour and 30 minutes to be seeing just for a consultation as a first-time patient but the atmosphere is so unprofessional, and there is no privacy as the office rooms have thin walls and the doors are sliding barn doors basically. I noted several times that I have trauma so that way they were aware but that was completely disregarded and now I feel as though I have been assaulted again from her lack of care and unprofessionalism. There was no introductions from the doctor and she also did a pap smear when that was not a part of the appointment, and she did not explain the process to me whatsoever nor did she give a warning when she was going to begin. Also, please look into the allegations placed against the doctor and her.

NO professionalism from the Dr or his "med students" or staff. Waiting and waiting to be embarrassed and put on sample medication that sample hasn't even been out on the market and ask me to come back and tell him how it's going. No!!! Each time paid cash and then send me another bill for $30 that could have been paid at the time of service not sent later in the mail & FOR WHAT I HAVE NOT BEEN HELPED! Overall I spent $195 first visit then $95.36 then billed $$30 later in mail. FOR NOTHING!

I just wanted to make an Appt and be done. I made the appointment for my women's well exam and was advised that I would be seeing the Nurse Practitioner for my appointment. Personally, I have always preferred the nurse practitioner with any specialist because they seem to have great bedside manner. The night before my appointment, I looked up the address and came across these yelp reviews. I came real close to calling and cancelling because of the negative reviews. I went anyway and just wanted to get it completed. I am so glad I went! The NP that assisted me was amazing. She listened to me, provided excellent advice on my questions and also provided things that I wasn't even aware of. I seriously will be going to this office now for any and all obgyn related needs I have. The negative reviews I read appear to be pretty old, a year or older. I am thinking they may have new office staff because everyone was great.

He was in the office with Dr. Devine who was actually my Dr. but I suppose he was the Dr. on call at the time. Everything worked out great... my girls weighted 8lb 6oz and 7lb 4oz... They were actually suppose to be ceaserian but he was so confident that they could be born without doing like that...and sure enough they were. They have been all grown up for several years and doing well.... one is a Deputy with Harris County Sheriff's Office and the other is a Dispatcher with the Harris County Sheriff's Office... we are still very proud parents :) v.leggett2@yahoo.com

Doctor Milners bedside manner is very caring and kind. He always does the examination and then, takes you into his office to discuss any questions you might have. None of that awkward in the chair stuff. He's very respectful of your dignity. He's also respectful of your experience! I've worked with midwives and he has been a backup Doctor to at least one. He believes in an alternative birth plan. Lol, meaning a Natural birth if you decide that's what you want! He listens to your opinions, I didn't want an episiotomy, so he agreed that we could stretch the skin to try and avoid one. (Side note: No one having a 9# 1/2oz human can avoid one) I felt like I was in charge, yet backed up by an amazing and knowledgeable team leader who wasn't going to let me screw it up! I tried to get in for my "Womanlies" recently. I'm disabled and on a Medicare replacement. Unfortunately he does not participate. I think I know why.... (Thanks Obamacare!!!) I'm going to try and pay cash to get in. That's how much I respect and admire Doctor Milner. After the birth of my son, every Woman in my L&D was switching to Doctor Milner. My Mom, my sister, my two best friends and even my brother.... Well, maybe not him! Good luck getting in!
