I am so glad we found this clinic because our previous doctor moved and it is hard to find a new doctor that is trustworthy and cares. The clinic is new and very clean and I have always been seen within a few minutes after check in. I also like that they are open until 7 during the week because I like to go after 4 and my husband likes to go on Saturday since they are open until 1. We are glad he opened his practice near by. We have a great doctor with a wonderful bedside manner that is in the area. This works well for our lives and schedules. PS - I need to add that they do labs on site, or if you have to go, like I did once, I went to Labcorp with the form they gave me. I love one stop shopping for healthcare.

I called them on Tuesday evening at 3:30 and asked them what time they closed and stopped accepting walk ins, the woman on the phone told me that they close at 5 and that would still accept me if I come before then. I arrived at 4:00 and the girl in the medium length light brown hair said that I can not be seen by the doctor even when I told her someone said I could. After a few moments of arguing back and fourth she told me "Can you wait? It's about a 2 hour wait." I then signed in and waited. But really who really has two hours to wait? Now I'm here again the next day (today) writing a review at 4:05 when my appointment is at 3:30. I asked an employee if she has an estimated wait time and she said no and told me that there was two patients ahead of me.. Okay. And now there are two separate families that came in and both said their appointment was at 4. I'm so confused about their system.. You guys double book your patients? When I arrived for my appointment there was a wait. Did the staff intended to book 5 patients for 3:30 or were the people walk ins and they just place them before me? Needless to say I am highly disappointed about this place. The reason why I'm still coming is because of doctor Huy Le. He is good at his job and cares about his patients. Just a note: This place is no longer called CHU BA HOC but it is now called TLC clinic. And their exams used to be $25 dollars for non insurance patients now it is $45.. The first time, they said they might not have any tests available but once they checked, they "discovered" one and gave her the test (Which was NOT free). A few days later, they said the test FAILED and they have no results. She came in again for a second test, and we waited 10+ DAYS WITH NO RESULT. My grandma felt so anxious and called everyday fearing for her life. They would always tell her they haven't received any results yet for 10+ DAYS until I called angrily demanding results. That was when they finally admitted that the test they gave her "wasn't exactly a coronavirus test" but just a "viral screening". IF IT WASN'T A CORONAVIRUS TEST THEN WHY DID YOU TELL HER THAT IT WAS AND HAD HER TEST TWICE??? TO GET MONEY?? In the time we wasted waiting for results from a test that wasn't a legitimate Covid test, she could have gone to get a legitimate test/results. And they had the AUDACITY to say "sorry your grandma had such bad luck". Luck has nothing to do with it. This is NEGLIGENCE that could have costed not only my grandma, but other patients their lives. As a doctor, you vowed to take proper and thorough care of every patient that steps into the office, but you failed... again. I will be finding my grandma a better doctor that can do the job right.
