It would have been a "sit in the office, small talk for a few minutes" apointment... and "here's your prescription refills". I'm on blood pressure medication and just need a refill and they don't care because I didn't call while I was driving through school zones to get to the doctors office. I told her, I had mentioned on the phone that I'm bringing in my son because I don't have a sitter and she never said anything! I kid you not, I was fuming right on the get go! I told them to cancel my appointment then and I stormed back in my car. Then I realized, I haven't made my point just yet. So, I walked back up to the front door, opened it and pointed at the front desk lady and said "Oh, by the way, YOU'RE NOT WEARING A MASK EITHER!" As a scientist that doesn't believe in the efficacy of masks, I wear them out of respect. BUT, this business just showed me how utterly HYPOCRITICAL they are!!
