My husband and I have been going to Dr. Drab for two years and are very pleased with the care we receive from him and the staff. He always takes plenty of time to discuss any issues and follows up promptly when test results arrive. I am so glad we found this clinic because our previous doctor moved and it is hard to find a new doctor that is trustworthy and cares. The clinic is new and very clean and I have always been seen within a few minutes after check in. I also like that they are open until 7 during the week because I like to go after 4 and my husband likes to go on Saturday since they are open until 1. We are glad he opened his practice near by. We have a great doctor with a wonderful bedside manner that is in the area. This works well for our lives and schedules. PS - I need to add that they do labs on site, or if you have to go, like I did once, I went to Labcorp with the form they gave me. I love one stop shopping for healthcare. read more

This place is so slow, we had an appointment at 2:00, and there were no patient besides us. We came in the room thinking we would see the doctor but we waited even longer. I'm disappointed because this was my first time here and I will never return again. Although the place was clean, it really annoyed me because I waited for so long. You're better off going to another clinic. read more

My wife and I have been going here for about 2 years now with no issue but now all of a sudden you have to pay your copay just to get your test results?!? You called us to come in to discuss the results!!! That's absurd and I will be inquiring and reporting if need be to our healthcare provider and any doctors boards/associations. This seems highly unethical and if this is the new norm, what is this world coming to nowadays!! read more

Awesome place! Very clean! Staff was extremely nice! Took my daughter in today, the doctor was absolutely outstanding! Definitely worth more than 5 stars! read more

Dr. Jarrab has been good but his office staff is horrible. Poor communication, puts you on hold, never calls backs. Can't recommend.

Dr. Drab is very nice and soft spoken. No problems with Dr. Drab. His staff seem nice and polite, except for the billing part. No matter how good a doctor is, I don't want to have to think that every visit to the doctor I have to keep a close eye on the billing. First visit for my husband was a physical exam, they charged us $1,700. When we called they had the nerve to accuse us that our insurance doesn't cover physical exams, instead of rechecking their billing department. We never received an apology from the office manager but instead she chastise us for their mistakes. Second, visit I was told my copay was $75. I was really sick so I went ahead and paid. The $75 did not sit well, do I double checked with my insurance....found out it was $30. The problem with this medical clinic is with the office manager who keeps overcharging her patients or charging them fees that they should not be charged. Now, after I contacted them they did refund my $45, but the stress and headache to not be able to trust your doctors staff is really stressful and unnecessary. If I did not contact them, and ask for my $45, would they have automatically refund me or just pocket it? If the billing department is more accurate with billing it would be 4 star but since both of my visits there seem to be some sort mistakes, therefore I give it 2 stars. read more

Had a great experience with Dr. Drab on a Saturday morning. He quickly and accurately diagnosed a painful injury to my ankle and set me up with a course of care that had me back on my feet in no time. The staff was courteous, helpful, and kind. Highly recommended! read more

This practice is unethical and rude to their patients. They do not provide itemized receipts nor will they help you navigate the insurance red tape nightmare. The office manager, Rosie was rude to me and to both patients waiting in the waiting room. If you don't want to be nice and helpful, then find a different career! Avoid this clinic like the plague! read more

A couple of days ago, I arrived because i needed an urgent care facility when i walked in they said oh sorry our urgent care is only for stitches only???? Then why advertise that you are an urgent care facility???? The front staff was very nice and did help me find another location close by. read more

Clean office and friendly staff! I don't have insurance and it was affordable. Dr. Drab even hooked me up with a coupon for the prescriptions. read more

My husband's first visit their was for a yearly medical exam. We told them we only do what is covered by the insurance. The office manager said "ok" and everything was covered. A few months down the road we received a bill for over $1,700. Called them and asked, "What was going on?" They told us that our insurance doesnt covered. We called our insurance and told them these procedures was performed, was it covered? Our insurance say, "yes, yearly physical is completely covered." We called them and instead of giving us an apology, the office manager was being rude about. Later on, they told us it was their staff incompetency to type in the correct billing code. We thought "Ok, it was just an honest mistake. It happens." Or so we thought.... Being the understanding and forgiving people we are, we thought it was purely an innocent mistake on their behalf to mistype the insurance code. We decided to give them another shot. We were gravely mistaken. My husband took me their for a visit and was told our COPAY WAS $75. We thought it was odd that the copay was so high, but we are new to Texas and may have been a little too sick and a little too naive in our way of thinking. When you go to a doctor's office you think that they are honest, caring and good people and that they are not going to be greedy, unethical, immoral, dishonest SCAM ARTIST! Rest assured that these people do not care about your health or well being. Instead of caring about your health, they will actually take advantage of your illness and cheat you. All they cared about is scamming you. The $75 copay did not sit well with me. Called our insurance and find out our COPAY is $30. Will update with you to see how they will handle this overcharged! We are completely disappointed in the unethical and dishonest nature of this clinic! Do not let their fake smiles deceives you. These people are so desperate to cheat $45 off you, who knows what else will they do. read more

First, the waiting room is tacky and gross, the staff was pretty rude and the dr. seems clueless! I had to pay for my visit up front without being seen, so when the dr. was unsure about a diagnosis, he said he didn't want me to leave empty handed- rather than refer me to a specialist, he scrambled to diagnose me. I got a 2nd opinion and this dr. Proved highly inexperienced! After my visit, there was zero bedside manner. No appt reminder, no follow-up. They were rude when I called to be reminded. Oh, the clinic itself seemed pretty out-of-date (their appt book was a sally beauty supply book and it was pretty vacant in terms of appointments, so looks like they might not be very established.) Also, this clinic does not even have an in-house lab and the dr's wife floats around the office just waltzing into consultations! Don't waste your time with your health for convenient hours. These people can do nothing for you. read more
