He is careless and will cut you multiple times! He then prescribed me a 7 day supply of hydrocodone and told me after 7 days if I need more to call the office and he will call them in for me. Well today is day 8, I called and he denied the refill and told me to try over the counter medicine. Really? So he lies and then thinks Tylenol will help! What a joke! So the great thing is I have a PPO, I fired him and will use a different foot dr. I would not recommend this guy to my worst enemy! You have been warned!!

After a through discussion about where and when the pain was experienced, along with a foot exam, she determined it was not neuropathy, but instead due to another cause far less serious. She then suggested several options to help resolve the discomfort. Dr. Toole explained, in detail and in a manner in which I could understand and totally appreciated, how she was able to rule out neuropathy and arrive at her diagnosis, much to my relief. I normally don't take the time to write reviews, but in this case, Dr. Toole has earned my trust and respect for the competent and caring service I received. I will be relying on her expertise for my diabetic foot case in the future.

Waiting area, exam rooms and X-ray area, are all well maintained, sanitized and clean. It doesn't take long for them to call you back, so waiting time is a breeze. When I first went for my initial consultation, I was so scared. I didn't know what to expect. All I knew was that I was under a lot of stress and pain due to my injured foot. I wasn't sure what was really wrong, or how bad my injury was, nor how I could afford any fractures at the moment. Due to covid, I have lost my job and don't have any health insurance to help me out. The thought of everything being out of pocket with no job freaked me out. However, once there, Dr. Bodeker eased my mind off and worked with me. He completely understood my situation and never made me feel bad about anything. He assured me that things will get better and that we will pull through this. As of now, I'm about 6-8 weeks into my fractured foot injury and still healing. I am very thankful for Dr. Bodeker and his staff for answering all my questions, concerns, and for just being there for me throughout my follow ups. I truly recommend this place. Trust me, they have exceeded my expectations. Great job guys!!

When I arrived for my appointment, it was a little hard to find the suite because it's a fairly new facility. The GPS is still slightly off. Dr. Bodeker was very professional and down-to-earth. He explained things thoroughly and provided excellent service. I highly recommend him for all of your podiatry needs!

We were overcharged for visits that did not occur and or should have been charged and our insurance also billed. The visits were to reconcile their mistakes made on prior visits the same day or within a few days of being in their office. Should you need forms filled out please allow 2 or 3 weeks and be prepared to have to visit the office to find out anything or get a return phone call. They have a medical assistant/ nurse that works there that has clue how to even remove a cast. To elaborate it took her over 1 hour to remove the cast during the removal process she tried to pull and slide the foot and ankle out of it causing more pain as well trying to pull it into two pieces without it being cut properly for removal. Further more it was noted in the charts that she was releasing the patient to return to work with restrictions but never fully discussed or disclosed to the patient, no work release was even given by the doctor? It was not till the patient found out from the insurance co and or his employer he was supposed to have returned to work almost 20 days prior with restrictions. After another visit to her office in regards she refused to give the patient a work release? Until he was seen in her office for the actual scheduled appointment. When all of the issues were brought to her attention she refused to take any ownership for errors made on her part and or the offices part. In conclusion this entire process ended up costing the patient more money than it should have, issues with the patients employer, additional loss of income, and confusion. Good luck should you decide to use this office or doctor.
