One of the staff members took panoramic X-rays and photos. I was really surprised when the Dr said that my bite was very good and that I didn't need treatment. This place has gone from a customer-friendly organization where the doctor knew what was going on with you and what you needed before he called you back to a disorganized mess. I watched as more than one patient was called into the office area, then called again by someone else after they'd already gone back with the first person. My husband tells me it also happened with me. Though I'd clearly explained to the receptionist that I just wanted new retainers, the man I'm assuming to be the orthodontist (he never introduced himself), seemed confused about what I wanted, changed his mind repeatedly about what he was doing and when I'd get my new retainers, and didn't listen when I told him what I needed. He wasted so much time, because he made assumptions rather than asking and listening. Meanwhile, there are 20 other people waiting for Sir Incompetence to be done with me, because we were all scheduled for the same time. Very unprofessional.
