The nurses then made unprofessional comments about me after I left that my son heard and then they laughed about each comment including calling me a "helicopter mom" saying oh, the helicopter is out there just letting y'all know. I'm assuming that's when I left the front waiting area to the very next one closer to him because a nurse came out going towards the office and looked at me funny and turned around and went back, then my son told me they used profanity while getting him in the wheelchair. While the procedure was efficient, the bedside manner was lacking and that's putting it mildly. If you want anyone in the from office to be kind or even smile. Thr nurses literally laugh on the phone when they say hold on and seem irritated that you even call. I would caution others, especially parents of sensitive children, any children with disabilities, or matter of fact any child at all because it's uncalled for so I would say to consider a different place. Because my son heard all of this, and I didn't tell my son anything about the things he heard me say to the doctor,So that was a rough for my husband and I when he said all that on the way home. The main surgeon was extremely kind and made eye contact and was just very sweet and straight to the point very thorough though but the doctor who flew in saying I have to go, times up get out we're on a time limit here, he's asleep. I was trying to explain well sir he can't be because literally when he walked in she was injecting my his son.My biggest issue is he heard them talking about his mama and laughing at his mama, whispering. He said they talked about many other things but he said he couldn't defend me not being able to speak. I told my son at the end of this life we have to answer to what we do. That it's not his responsibility and they're grown adults and should do better. Thankfully everything went well during surgery but Please consider going somewhere else if you want some kindness and a better bedside manner. I'm thankful my child is older but could not magine a younger child sitting there with adults bashing their parent. The doctor is not only surgeon, he is the manager over it all..He was and has been so kind on the phone but not giving me just a second to say goodbye instead of the back and forth get out all while everyone else in the room was silent it was like a Middle School bully and everyone is standing around doing nothing about it. These are grown​ adults acting and talking about others all while also being responsible for sedating your child or sedating anyone for that matter and while they do that they take the time to bully laugh about others. I can't comprehend it. Why even be in a medical field if you have no empathy whatsoever for your patient. Not just empathy respect kindness you name it. Words hurt the sharper than any two edged sword as the word of God clearly states. One day and I pray it never happens they may get a patient who they pick on and that might be a patient that may be going through something in their life that might be the last straw for them. I pray that to never happen. My son is a child of God and he along with our entire family is praying for this facility to learn to love and show kindness.

He also refused to honor his lifetime re-treatment warranty because of unreasonable conditions and all refusal to compromise. Several orthodontics said my teeth needed to be treated in a much more comprehensive way, and now I have to pay again for braces because he didn't have the due diligence to do his job or care at least a little bit about the quality of his work's end result.

She scoffed, rolled her eyes, then went back and asked, they asked me twice if I could reschedule and come back to have it fixed. At the time I worked for a doctors office so no, I couldn't come back, and also waiting would have potentially messed up my jaw alignment. Got it fixed but it felt rushed. I no longer have coverage for them, and now I drive almost 2 hours to my dentist I've had my entire life just paid out of pocket for a cleaning simply because they're ethical and care about their patients, not just their wallets. If I could give this place a 0/5 I would. I transferred to this location in February. My main…read moreconcern was closing the spaces in my teeth, and closing my gap. I've mentioned to the staff and doctor numerous times about my spaces, but all they said was that they'll take care of it at my next appointment( They never did.) They finally put a power chain on my upper jaw in order to close the gap ( either in June or July,) mind you I have two other spaces, and they only put it on the gap. My new orthodontist, told me that the power chain was useless in that position. I have been living with this ugly gap in the side of my mouth for months because the annoying staff does not want to listen to me, their client. I hate my smile, it makes me really insecure. I've wasted my time at this location. Due to Covid , the wait is almost two hours. My bracket broke one time, and I came in to get it replaced and they couldn't do it because " They couldn't use the air and water due to COVID." That makes ZERO sense. I have a bigger gap on my lower jaw because I was missing two brackets for two months, and guess what, they can use air and water now. I also tried to put my card on my account for automatic payments, but they mysteriously forgot, and they called me each time to pay late fees ( which I made them take off.) It was not until months later, that I had someone submit my card for automatic payments. That process only takes seconds, while I am on the phone with the receptionist (called numerous times) , but I guess they are lazy, and one of them has an attitude problem. I would've handled this in person, but I'm not going to make that long drive to Athens unless it was for an appointment. The doctor is in the room with you for two seconds, and he's bouncing from room to room. This does not give him enough time to actually look at your teeth and give a good assessment. The doctor did not realize until AUGUST (6 months later,) that my mid line was off, like my teeth aren't even in the center of my face. They haven't tightened my wire, especially for my lower jaw, even when I ask. I also have a class 3 malocclusion and they've done nothing to correct it. If my new orthodontist can't correct it, I will turn to surgery. I should've left months ago, but this was the only location that was close to my house. During my august appointment, the doctor stated something along the lines of " I see that you want to close your spaces." I have been asking for MONTHS to do so. They put in my notes that I need elastics, never got them. I'm paying thousands out of pocket, for terrible treatment. They don't look at the notes or maybe they don't write notes for my treatment. It's been 7 months and my teeth still look the same, nothing has shifted, nothing has changed, it looks ugly asf. My new ortho did my exam and she has to fix a lot of things, that is sad. I would assume the staff of this office has gone through enough training to be able to efficiently care for their clients, but I see now that that is false. The staff here is USELESS. I am really upset that my teeth has not changed within 7 months, like y'all need to go back to school, and also relearn customer service. DO NOT COME HERE!!!
