Great service, on point and always on time. No issues with the dental health of my whole family (4), since 2014. Highly recommended.

I wish I would've read all these reviews (Google etc) before going here. The only reason I did was…read morebecause the dentist that I REALLY wanted (and still do) is Dr. Greg Ware. Dr.Ware is HANDS DOWN the BEST, and a good person all around. Authentic. Unfortunately its too far from where I live. 2 issues: 1. The front office staff is beyond terrible. Rude, ignores patient needs, whispering (about patients) argumentative, disruptive (office manager eavesdrops on conversations, interrupts patients when talking, at times won't allow employees to speak for themselves always needs to be in control. This behavior is very noticeable and if I notice it I'm sure some of the employees do as well. 2. Expensive. After reading other relevant reviews, I'm concerned that they may be recommending unnecessary procedures. I'm going to compare my treatment plans from LifePoint Dental to my new one from my new dentist. Why is LifePoint Dental not accredited (BBB)?

When I made my appointment, I told the receptionist that I was new in town and needed a new…read moredentist. As it had been a year since my last cleaning. Plus I was curious about Invisalign. However I when I got there, they said that they were just going to take X-rays, and talk about what work I needed to have done. And that my next appointment would be a cleaning. They told me that I had bone loss. Also I needed a crown for a back molar. News to me. Then we discussed Invisalign. When I went to the front desk to make a cleaning appointment, a young woman asked if I wanted estimates of the Invisalign and crown. I said just the crown. Then she stated let's go ahead and schedule that. I replied let's schedule the cleaning, and I'll get back with you on the crown. I went home, and researched other local dental offices, and made an appointment with a different one. BTW- the new dental office said that I don't exhibit any signs of bone loss, and a crown right now isn't necessary. Lifepoint seems to be commission driven in pushing so many services and multiple appointments.

Been dealing with this Denistry for over 6 years. it abruptly came to an end bc of a text message…read more This Denistry recently implemented a text messaging system 2025 that requires a patient to confirm their appointment. if you don't confirm there is no courtesy call no home feeling nothing they will just cancel the appointment even if you been waiting half a year on it. This Denistry didn't warn patients or anything of this change. The first time I knew about it was when I came in for an appointment and i was told it had been canceled even though I was on time 5mins early . This is inconsiderate and selfish to the patient. It shows non appreciation for the patient. Also a big inconvenience to the patient. It literally threw my dental cleanings off. I think this Denistry has lost some elements that originally attracted ppl. COMMON COURTESY & RESPECT. However the Most High is good I managed to find another Denistry that considered the patients more. I get calls reminders and all from them. Nice Denistry just like Hometown use to be . i have to say When Dr Kit Kat left things haven't been the same. This would've never happened on his watch . Well it was a good run while the race was on. i made it over the finish line and the race is done. I wrote this in regards to your now updated message system that indicates if you don't confirm your appointment it will be canceled. This should've been given FIRST BEFORE you guys just out the blue with no warning no notification canceled my appointment. Not even the staff reached out to give heads up of change nor did anyone give warning to the change during my last visit. No notification no warning JUST A SURPRISED CANCELLATION . Not even an APOLOGY .. This is inexcusable and UNPROFESSIONAL You guys could've handled this a lot better but reading others comments I wasn't the ONLY ONE. Got me once Shane on you.. I never get got twice NEVER.. Always learn the first time. To all the ppl who cleaned my teeth you guys are great no issue at all. What I'm in reference too falls on management and owner.. DO BETTER BY YOUR PPL AMY remember Hometown would be without THE PATIENTS..

This was my first time here since moving to Jefferson. They explained some paper work I needed to fill out and got me in first in line. I got X-rays done and then a quick consultation. After we agreed on how we were going to fix my tooth the procedure started immediately. Dr. Amy was very vocal on what was happening and told me she really thought I did well for my first filling. I had chipped my tooth while eating and I thought it was huge and she reassured me it was small. The procedure took all of 10 minutes and I was out! I will be back for my cleaning and checkups.
