I will unfortunately not be shopping here again. First of all, when I entered the store, I was…read morescolded that I need to ring the doorbell. The person working there proceeded to complain to her coworker that "People complained that there was no sign, so we put a sign and no one reads it". I will say that they were very complementary to those of us who were trying on suits and had no problem with assisting us in our purchases. I ended up buying a one piece suit for $175 and was told that swimsuits are final sale. When I got it home and tried it on, I attempted to remove the hygienic liner (the one that you cannot remove until after you make the purchase) and I was upset to find that it would not easily come off and left a sticky residue. I called the store and was told, "Well, wash it!!!" I'm sorry but when I spend $175 on a suit ($250 in total after I purchased the cover-up to match) I do not expect to have to scrub the crotch to get the sticker off of it. Regular detergent was not doing the job. It's almost impossible to remove the sticky stuff. This store has a nice selection of high-end swimwear but is terrible with customer service. When you spend a fair amount of money, you should be satisfied with your purchase. No questions asked, especially if the item is damaged.

I have the same dress that I purchased at Asarela Boutique only a different color and it is still as beautiful as the day I bought it. I actually already used it 3 times! At Asarela Boutique you are treated with kindness and respect. I am a proud client at this store and will defend this business any day! Surely your dress must have touched a rough surface or you could have sat somewhere things can happen. If you know what you bought you know how sensitive this material can be. All dresses will always require some type of care when wearing them. I know Asarela has always offered alterations as an optional service. If a client wants to do alterations with the outside tailor that is your personal choice.
