The texture was like finely crushed ice. The fruits were all ripe and sweet, and the granola had a cinnamon apple taste. They layer the granola on the bottom of the cup, supposedly to prevent the acai from melting too quickly. Overall, these were solid acai bowls, and I'd return to SoBol to try their other bases.
