So now approximately 800$ in 2 orders not deliverers, exceptions are the odds "Mystery boxes " were sent with legacy older tech !!

    NO! NO! NO IS THE ANSWER! JUST DON'T SEND THEM ANY MONEY! I…read moredo enjoy their 6ft cords ONLY if they are having a sale. But NEVER buy anything else from them. I was, SHOULD SAY STILL waiting for 2 (two) separate orders I placed in 2023 to arrive. By 2025 they did not. HE 'Seymour' said (IMOW), In my own words) we are having problems. Implying either we shut down shop filing bankruptcy and everybody loses everything without saying those words or we have a plan to give everybody magbucks. Either you can use these 'MAGBUCKS' in place of your order. We'll even Double your mag bucks for however much money you've spent for the orders we have not fulfilled AND you can use them to place an order with our (I'll call it Phase 2) items. Because they NEVER fulfilled the first orders we ordered from 2023 so those are now outdated as any electronics do and they were going on to phase 2. And they wanted us to spend our money this last summer 2025, and told us we would have our items by Christmas. So not only was I stupid enough to spend almost $500 on one order and then turn around and buy cords in 2023. I received the cords (without having to sign a new terms of service. (See below)). But I played along and used some magbucks finding out you can only use half your magbuck's and still have to pay out for the items that Seymour guaranteed everyone was supposed to get by Christmas 2025... So I placed an order and realized I wanted one more thing so I placed a second order once again... And I will say once again we were screwed we were lied to blatantly lied to on a video that told us we are going to get our items before Christmas or by Christmas at the latest... And now here it is April 17th 2026. A month or so ago I get a text message from them telling me they want me to agree to their I'll call it a contract because that is basically what it is that I have to agree to their terms and conditions for them to send me the items that I have already paid for!. And in those terms they said that we can't file a class action lawsuit against them. I wrote them back and I said I did not have to agree to any terms when you sent me the 6-ft cords I bought from you I do not expect to sign anything to any contract after I've already paid you and you've spent my money to get my items. So my last email to them was either send me my products now or return my money or I will be filing arbitration or working on a class action lawsuit with everybody else who's getting screwed over by magfast! And believe me there are way too many! And then there were people that have never heard of magfast that come along right when they're changing hands then use new people to make it sound even more interesting. They start offering investments. invest in MAGFAST, telling them they will get their orders first. Again leaving behind the people who have still been waiting from 2023 for the first product that was supposed to come out... Oh! Oh! and to boot before they even came out with these second generation products, they turned around and started producing three size suitcases. I'm thinking to myself they can spend the money and produce these suitcases but their asses can't fill orders for these products for all these people who have been waiting since 2023 they can spend to make an assembly line to make suitcases!! That pissed me off excuse my language... But there's an example of what's going on with magfast! They STILL have not sent my order. I will throw in one more comment. Since I've ordered the items in 2025 I am now caring for father in another state. I left an email a MONTHS AGO telling them my new delivery address. They responded stating they they have received my request and repeated the address to me. But still they refuse to send my products until i SIGN THEIR new terms of service. SORRY BUDDY, YOU WANTED ME TO SIGN THAT, YOU SHOULD HAVE ASKED ME TO DO SO WHEN I ORDERED THE ITEMS! No other company works that way and I will not sign a contract after you've ALREADY taken and spent my money!! Again DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
