When I walked into the store I was cheerfully greeted and noticed the employees wiping the phones down. The store was quiet, only the employees and I; which was actually great because of COVID going on. I asked about the promotion and they told me what to do (don't feel like typing that part out lol) so I said thank you and I would come back. I came back the next day and brought my old phone in and let me tell you, the employees are on point!!!! They remembered my name when they greeted me, the store looked very clean and promptly got to work on setting up my new service! One of the employees Mia, helped me pick an awesome phone case that was similar to my old glitter one. I even spent a little extra on accessories to go with my new IPhone. (AirPods, Insurance (accidents happen) and the Mag Charger. I was so pleased with my service and I love my new phone. (I didn't know the differences between the Pro Max and the employee Elijah happily explained and I went with the 12 :) I am so happy with my purchase and service that I will even go in to say hello to them after I do my food shopping at Stop and Shop. Next day the protection came off I thought it was that they installed the screen protection incorrectly, so I went back for a refund or a exchange of protection. The guy gave me another one at no extra charge. One day after the screen protection reinstalled is coming off again. Won't really recommend going here to get a screen protection they only carry the fiberglass ones. Poor products. (Notice) I ask the guy if they have the other screen protections, the ones that the stick the entire phone and is not fiberglass. He say they dont carry those.

The other company wanted to charge me over $2200 to replace my expansion tank, pressure relief valve, and purge my gas boiler. I was dumbfounded. I visited Coles and explained to the nice young lady at the desk what I needed done and about the other plumber. She told me yes, they were cheaper, and the following day, she sent me a quote. My jaw dropped on how much cheaper Coles was charging. Chris came over. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was going to do before doing anything to the boiler. If he ran into a hiccup, he would inform me before doing anything. I really appreciated that. He considered me and not do whatever without discussing it with me. Chris replaced several valves, replaced the expansion tank, cleaned the boiler, replaced a thermostat, and purged the boiler and the cost was much less than half of what the other company wanted to charge me. Coles was honest, reasonable, professional, courteous. If only more businesses were like that. May God bless abundantly the Coles business, their families, everyone who works for them. And may they continue their business from generation to generation. I definitely recommend Cole's of Washingtonville.
