Brian estimated that he could have my car fixed within a few days. The whole job took one week because he found other significant damage in the interior of my car which I didn't know about. Overall he communicated well, asked if I wanted to fix everything and had such a positive attitude. Also they do excellent work for a reasonable price. I almost wanted to keep this gem to myself but the world (or Silver Spring) needs to know where to go for superior auto care whether mechanical or auto body. They also cleaned the interior of my car. I don't want to come back for anything other than oil changes but if I need a job done in the future, I know where to go. I pulled into this busy location and a pump came open right away. Plugged in my numbers and clicked the pump to fuel up. Had to run inside to use the restroom and found it to be spotless. I've literally never had a gas pump go so slowly. I think it took about 10-15 minutes to pump up my car. I felt like I was just waiting and waiting. It would pump 1 gallon in the time it would take for 10 gallons to be pumped. It's a universal rule (for me at least), that I always have to get gas at the most inconvenient times. I'm always in a rush somewhere, late to meetup, trying to beat traffic, or... well ya know: who wants to spend 15 minutes at a gas station. I want to be in and out.
