When he was able to get the window closed in a very short period of time, he offered just to charge a service fee instead of the price we had agreed upon (much less). He clearly has the customer's interests at heart, as he had the integrity to counsel me away from more expensive options for dealing with the window. He came highly recommended, and I can see that he earned it. We will be using him in the future.

We loved working with Richard at Little Leaf. He got back to us within hours of being contacted,…read morewas highly responsive throughout the process and, although we knew very little about landscaping, walked us through every step and gave us a beautiful design we are really happy with and that met our price range. He was also extremely accommodating of our inconvenient setup (all materials have to be carried through our house, so no use of wheelbarrow or other large equipment); he and his staff bagged everything up neatly and we barely noticed their presence despite hundreds of pounds of dirt moving through our living room! I would highly recommend Little Leaf to give you something beautiful, lasting and affordable, and to help you understand how to maintain it for years to come!

He did a great job trimming the shrubs. Unfortunately he could not clean out the beds as requested. Our understanding was that he would dig everything out of the beds. I have contacted him since last October to find out if he was planning to come take the tree out but he has never gotten back to me.
