We also wanted to let him know what the plan was: get rid of old tree trunks that were eyesores, create planting beds, add mulch (not orange. Not black. Natural, thank you very much). To add, Rodriguez Lawn Care isn't just 'lawn care'- they actually run the gamut: decking, exterior painting, irrigation systems, etc. Instead of opting for the large shrubs, we considered the younger plants as opposed to the full-grown kind since we want to see their progression. So Fabricio selected small Boxwoods and Spirea for the walkway to start for now. Communication between hubs and Fabricio has been crystal clear in the last 2 months and we have no complaints. When we're not around, he has full access of the outside grounds and takes care of business.

I wish I didn't have to write this but it's best to let people know that Fabricio is not a man of his word and that for any project outside of mowing a lawn, he should not be trusted. I have been very patient in giving him time to complete the work he said he would do and it's been a year and that enough. I've asked him to come back many times and he said he would but he is not coming. I've asked for some of the money back so I can cover the cost to hire someone else but he denied the request. His team installed a fence and gates for me. I provided photos of what I wanted, and provided a detailed document of the scope of work. We agreed to a price. I paid him and he did not complete the job. I'm left in the situation with sub par quality work and also an incomplete job. Do not trust Fabricio at his word. Do not ask him to do anything outside of mowing lawns as he does not have the skills.
