When I observed this, I immediately notified the staff that I do not eat dairy/cheese and politely explained that I could not accept food contaminated by the cheese falling into the proteins.Instead of offering to correct the cross-contamination or remake the meal using uncontaminated ingredients from the back, the staff completely refused to accommodate me or correct the issue. This forced me to walk away from my order.Dropping cheese directly into the meat bins creates a massive allergen hazard for any subsequent customer who requires a dairy-free meal. I request that district management review the food handling practices, glove-changing protocols, and customer service training at this specific franchise location immediately. He said 'Go to Publix, they have enough people to deal with that. Before you know it other people will be coming here and do the same thing". He also doesn't honor BP gas discounts offers either.
