As a result, loose cheese was repeatedly dropped directly into the uncovered meat containers. When I observed this, I immediately notified the staff that I do not eat dairy/cheese and politely explained that I could not accept food contaminated by the cheese falling into the proteins.Instead of offering to correct the cross-contamination or remake the meal using uncontaminated ingredients from the back, the staff completely refused to accommodate me or correct the issue. This forced me to walk away from my order.Dropping cheese directly into the meat bins creates a massive allergen hazard for any subsequent customer who requires a dairy-free meal. I request that district management review the food handling practices, glove-changing protocols, and customer service training at this specific franchise location immediately. Enough to pay for "second coffee" and since this Racetrac has the "grind-to-order" system, it was fresh and good for the road. I can't remember seeing so many different fuel choices in one pump. Six flavors of fuel! I took the usual 87 unleaded because that's what is recommended. Gas pump area was clean and there was no trash. The receipt printer didn't work, which is always a star off.
