It's still really sparkly and new looking and it's really clean. Friendly employees. Clean restrooms also. I feel safe in this area even after dark. Snacks, coffee, cold sandwiches, hot food items, Icees, fountain drinks, lotto tickets, etc. It's all here. They even have one of those large walk-in beer coolers that are becoming so popular.

Its a minor complaint but if you needed gas or any grocery items after 10 or 11 PM, you had a long drive ahead of you. I was just happy they reopened at all, but I've got to say its really nice in here. Shiny, new, and well organized its a nice place to shop. It also really says something to me that most of the employee's are the same ones from before they demolished it. The Gate company must have taken care of them during the move, and it was a good idea, they're pretty friendly and helpful [compared to most gas station employees, for sure]. I tried to politely decline since I had no cash and offered him something to eat from inside the store but all he kept saying is he needed money for food. He then followed me inside where I asked again, what can I buy you. He became mute and just stared at me. It made me feel a bit uneasy. The gas station itself was fine, but the interaction really left a bad taste. Hopefully, the staff can keep an eye out for situations like this in the future as they really didn't get involved.

Shell, I don't see why he still works here when even the manager stated she has had to speak with him on mu occasions. They're genuine, smiles, sense of humor, and commitment to making sure that the customer experience was top-notch was commendable. I have been too many dailies and they're always clean and you get good customer service however today's experience far exceeds anything I could've ever hoped for or imagined. In the past two weeks that I've been here one lady was straight up eating a sandwich while cashing out guests, and another time a different female was eating a bag of Doritos and licking her fingers in between customer cash outs and wiping her hands on her pants. PROS - It is usually fairly clean, has an area to check the air in your vehicle's tires, an area to vacuum and freshen up the interior, a good car wash and a number of parking spaces. If all you need to do is get gas and clean your car, you likely won't even need to go inside the store, especially if you bring cash for the vacuum and put your car wash on your card. Makes things much faster, and is especially helpful when you are in a hurry. CONS - You can get much better coffee and tea at the nearby Starbucks, and it would be worth the extra cost. Much better sandwiches and salads are available at Jersey Mike's next door, Panera, or even Wendy's and it would be well worth the trip. Most of the employees late at night are too busy chatting with others to be helpful, and it is so busy during the day that getting in and out is a real pain. A couple of the employees in particular are surly no matter what shift they are working, which is a real problem that needs to be addressed. Overall - Good for gas, cleaning up your vehicle and grabbing a quick snack or a soda, but not for lunch or coffee, because several other better options are available nearby.
