I needed a repair done, and called over a week in advance and spoke with Cheyenne. She said that my vehicle would be done for sure in one day so we made an appointment for the following week. So, I dropped my car off the night before to have to looked at right in the morning. I got a call at 8am that they looked at my car, and this is what it needed and would be done later in the day. I called back at 5:15pm, and the guy that answered the phone told me it wasn't ready yet. I asked him when he thought it would be ready, and he instantly got an attitude with me. I don't think my question was unreasonable nor did it get angry that it wasn't ready. He starts rattling off everything they did, and what they still needed to do. I'm not unintelligent when it comes to car repairs, and I know what they needed to do should have taken 4 hours tops. Why they had my car all day and then get mad when I ask a question was really weird. He then told me my car would be ready in the morning- even though I was told twice it would be done the same day, whatever I had the next day off anyway. Later in the evening Cheyenne calls me to tell me that my car is ready. So we went to pick it up, and at least it came in under budget. I always find her very pleasant and knowledgeable to work with. The guy however, was a world class asshole. Based upon that interaction alone, I won't bring my own car here anymore, but others in my household probably will. When you are shelling out a few grand for a repair, you kind of expect to at least get a phone call if they are running behind in the repair time. And they damn well better be nice when you call for an update!

Fueling up here is easy because of all the pumps available and the multiple places to pull in and out. They employ enough people to get you in and out quickly as well. This is certainly a big bonus for me and seems to be the standard of all Kwik Trips. I strongly detest waiting in long lines at gas stations, especially when they only have one or two employees total. The store is kept up well and I always see staff actually working while at work. November 2024. Quoted over $1000 for high pressure fuel pump fix. We refused and fixed in 30 minutes on our own for less than $300. He also explained the price difference as opposed to sticker shock when I went to pay. The next day I took my wife's car in for an oil change and squeaky brakes. There was an issue with the rear brakes. They didn't try to sell me new brakes on all four wheels, which they really could have and I wouldn't have known the difference. And the price was decent.
