I deducted one star because on more than one occasion, I have had to go inside to get my receipt. A few times the pump told me I would have to go inside and one time it never printed out, so I had to go in. However, the clerk is always pleasant and most apologetic for the inconvenience. Since I am right there, I might as well pay less for gas that is too high priced as it is.

I wasn't going to find a better price on gas but Shell is usually a pretty good brand. It's a bit confusing that it's Shell gas but a Circle K station. I pulled up and filled my tank but it wouldn't print me a receipt so I had to walk inside and wait in line to get my receipt anyway. They were fairly quick and friendly.

That experience was awful too, as the employee cared more about the customers waiting inside the minimart as opposed to fixing the issue with me and getting me out of the car wash. In fact, the employee had to call his manager before I could even get out - an almost 20-minute ordeal! On the plus side, their mini-mart is average and is usually stocked well and notwithstanding that car wash issue, their employees are fairly friendly. Nonetheless, I would recommend going to another Shell station and skipping this one. Your overall experience will likely be better.

The mechanic was real nice, found the problem, and explained everything patiently. He called me within the time frame he said it would take...same day. I felt they were honest and not trying to nickel and dime me.
