Since I went on a Saturday I felt compelled to do the cheese wheel experience. Where they cook fettuccine pasta inside a giant wheel of cheese. Added a protein option as well for a lil more substance as well. The dish as incredible! The cheese sauce was so rich and creamy and I def need to come back and try it with the chicken. My server told me I should ask for the chicken blackened (the chicken is $9 but if you get it blackened it's $2 extra). The price for the pasta on its own before adding a protein was competitive when you compare the portion size. Be warned that the cheese wheel experience is only available Thurs-Saturday but it's so fun! It's akin to going to a Mexican restaurant that offers tableside guac or going to a hibachi restaurant! The sauce is on the edge of being too acidic for my taste, so something to sweeten it a little I would've appreciated. The octopus appetizer was cooked perfectly and I love the char grill taste, but it could've been more flavorful. The crème brûlée has a strong vanilla flavor and is very creamy! The service was very nice. It was a bit slow at times, but I think that was because our server was also tending to a big private party in the back. But I loved how he kept the complimentary bread and pesto coming without us even having to ask for more!

I only described the experience. Ironically, my experience was not even about her, I think she just has such a guilty conscience, she assumed it was about her. So now we have a restaurant owner, who allows their waitstaff to deny service to people if you write a bad review??? Talk about the tail wagging the dog! Plenty of much better restaurants out there that offer good food, and waitstaff that actually does their job, which is waiting on customers. Hard pass for me.

Hmm for an independent pizza restaurant, i'm not surprised to see some leaks in the ship that is Bozzellie's italian deli. I went here with my wife for lunch and I only went because we lived nearby. I had originally planned on just making them deliver food, but when I called for delivery for some reason the lady informed me that they only delver at 5pm.. What is that? We had to go to the location itself to get our lunch which was annoying but we overlooked it as the pizza was just so damn good. We had a pepperoni pizza and a meat ball sub. I had originally ordered the sub for myself as my wife just felt like having some pizza for lunch and I always found that shared pizza never fills me. As I said the pizza was absolutely fantastic. however I have had much better subs in my life. The meatballs were rather tasteless, which is hard to do in a meatball sub I think. Imagine the flavorless meatballs standing out from all the ingredients included in the sub... Just bad. So to round it all up, unreliable delivery service, bad meatballs but excellent pizza. But lie I said, this isn´t a franchise pizza joint so their faults are forgivable. read more

I stopped by here to order my husband his favorite meatball sub. I ordered it for take out and I ordered one for myself as well as the few bites his offered me were delicious. So naturally I would order and expect the same flavor. They gave me the meatball subs and I have to say it did seem odd that they gave me my order so quickly, like they had it all ready before I asked for it. The subs were hot to the touch so I assumed they just so happen to have cooked two new subs when I arrived. I got home and my husband and I got to chowing down our food. He loved his but mine was less than satisfactory to say the least. The bread was soggy and the meatballs were an odd stale flavor, like paper. Looking back on it, I think that mine was just microwaved. They actually gave me some old sub after just microwaving it. Gross... If you want to try an excellent choice of take out food come here and taste the most exquisite sandwiches and pizzas that will you ever eat. My husband and I were looking for a good place were we can order take-out and we find this hidden gem right after the Springfield mall. We tried for the first time for out typical Friday night "eat out meal" and let me tell you "yum" . I am a vegetarian so we order a sandwich called caprese sub, my hubby got a steak sub and we ordered the larger veggie pizza they had. The sandwiches were amazing toasted and loaded with all the goods. It was the first time I tried pesto and roasted red peppers together and let me tell you I didn't know what I was missing. Best pizza and subs around!!! I love thin sloppy pizza's so I'm not a fan of pizza hut or dominoes, that's why I love it so much the cheese is awesome i sometime eat the cheese off the whole pizza first then the crust. We were able to meet the "culinary gangstah" (the chef) that was working that day and although I am ashamed that I forgot her name, she was very personable and made us feel very welcomed. The downstairs area where you order on the kiosk is awkward. Limited seating inside and out overall so will likely order to-go next time.
