This place is a good place to come for a quick lunch. I came in here recently for a late lunch/early dinner. I got pizza with cheese, pepperoni, and sausage, French fries, and a Coke. The total came to $19.70. The place is always very busy with regulars from the neighborhood, which is a good sign. The servings were very generous. I save the leftovers for the next day. The next day I decided to try by it out and singed up for their rewards program and ordered some wings which is what they were promoting as the best and some wings. The pizza is very good, soft crust not thick or thin with lots of topping(not skimpy at all like many), cooked perfectly and I got a 15% discount new comer to boot. OK, I rated this 3 stars but let me open by saying this is one of my two go to delivery pizza places currently. Perhaps I am a glutton for it, read on. While advertising pizza, this place has a surprisingly deep menu. They have subs, burgers, mexican, wraps, pasta. We've had most of this at one point or another when we're craving delivery but not necessarily pizza/wings (or Chinese). I am still old school and like to cater to places that have delivery that arn't doordash etc because I believe it means they as a business care as well as they see more of the profit. So our main go tos are not surprisingly pizza (various toppings) and wings (BBQ). Last year, I would have said these were some of the best wings in the city, maybe even in my life. If you dig through my reviews I think I ever left a note about this place reviewing a Wing specific restaurant (something about compeititon being fierce). The last two times we've ordered from them, they've been much smaller and somewhat overcooked. Last year I also would have given this place 4 if not 5 stars. If someone from Big Bite reads this and you changed something in the last year or two with your wings, consider changing it back :) Pizza is staple and pizza is life. That being said their pizza is really salty. Unlike the above, this did not change recently, it's just how theirs is. Meat almost 100% of the time makes this even worse. It almost doesn't need meat on the pizza because of this. I am sensitive to a lot of things but salt is not one of them. But their pizza is salty. They do have some interesting gourmet toppings like gyro meat. They cost extra which is a bit of a bummer but you can always not get them or just pay. I also really like their stromboli however it also is salty (and same bit about the meat). The tomato sauce they have on the side does really cut this, or whatever sauce you decide to sub (ranch, honey mustard) they are flexible on this. We also really like their cranberry chicken salad. It is available fried or grilled (we prefer fried but I very rarely eat out to be healthy:P). It is a bit expensive, I think, tho it almost always has leftovers so it's also sizable. Two final dings are their desserts. We often order baklava and for a while we had a streak of them forgetting it and we have to call in. We've never had a problem getting it later but it is an annoying inconvenience. The last time we ate there, I got the collasal chocolate cake and it was not very big. I feel like I've had it before and it was so maybe they changed something or it was end of day. Not sure. It was also just the barest stale...so maybe previous day or just end of day. My SO had the cheese cake and it was even smaller (tho admittedly not marked collasal). So...desserts at a restaurant are overpriced and small. No real news here but again I feel like things have changed recently for the worse so that is worth review as well as explains 3*. Finally, while they have coupons on their website, the deals are not great. They are very specific to certain things and if you don't want that you end up paying full price (which typical for this area, is a lot). All that said, I will continue to order from here both for wing cravings (accompany salty pizza) or if I want something delivered and want a diverse menu. I've never been disappointed with the food just lately size and frequently forgetting my baklava. read more

Let me preface this by saying I've never had a bad pizza. I have always loved my pizza. Pizza is pizza is pizza. If it has a dough, summer kind of sauce, and cheese, I'm very happy. We got the Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza and the Cheeseycheese Pizza. I, liking all pizzas, enjoyed both! My partner did not enjoy the Bacon Cheeseburger they much and said he wouldn't order it again. My critique on the overall texture of the pizzas is that they were a little bit rubbery. But the taste was still good. These pizzas aren't going to knock you out of this world or blow your socks off, but they're a good size and have a decent amount of toppings. The dough is on the softer side, which I don't mind because I like all different types of pizza dough and crust. Warning, be careful when removing slices of pizza from the pie, we had several instances of topping being pulled off. I don't know if this was affected by the softness of the crust, or the heavy ladeness of the toppings, or the cheesiness of the cheese, just be warned. I was also very happy that the pizzas were nice and hot when they were delivered to us. They are on the pricier size (but please keep in mind this is coming from the girl who use to eat dollar slice pizza in New York City all the time so if your pizza isn't WOWEEE then I expect it to be cheap because pizza is pizza is pizza). When reheating leftover pizza I always recommend doing it in an oven or a toaster oven. I currently have neither so I had to make do with the microwave. It did make the pizza a bit softer. The pizza was still edible and still yummy, I just wished for a little bit more crunch while I ate round two. And that's that. I have ordered from Big Bite Pizza several times and I really enjoy their food. The fiancé and I ordered (8) mild wings, a grande chicken burrito and a steak and cheese. The food came in a timely manner. The wings were good, as usual. However, clearly our order was not well secured during the drive over as the sauce had leaked out of the container and was all over the bag and other containers. BUT, they were still good and my fiancé and I have decided that Big Bites must make their own ranch, it is so good! Grande chicken burrito - Very good. I couldn't eat it all. Steak and cheese - The fiancé said it was good. I highly recommend this place and although I am not reviewing it now, they have REALLY good pizza. I now live about 30 mins and would still make the drive to come get food. Unfortunately the last few times I've come the food quality has gone down. My fave is the steak and cheese with fries. Pizza and wings. They don't taste the same.maybe the staff has changed. I have seen some new faces and that's why the flavor has changed. This definitely was not one of the more memorable food experiences I've had. So on a random week night I decided I wanted to try a new place get an order of wings and onion rings so I placed an Uber eats order to this location. It had decent reviews and decent prices so I ordered the teriyaki wings, onion rings and fries and let's just say I was highly disappointed in the food that arrived at my door. Just from a presentation standpoint (as you can see in the photos) the food was terrible, the onions rings hard and over fried probably remnants from the bottom of the fryer and the chicken plain, unseasoned, and drowning in a container of teriyaki as if the sauce was added as an after thought. The only salvageable part of the order were the fries. So overall a big waste of $16 and I personally would not recommend ordering anything from this location if they take this little pride in the quality of food they send out to their customers. read more

I order from Big Bite A LOT. Like so much so that I am pretty sure they know my order by name. It's kind of embarrassing actually, but it's just so good! I especially like their homemade ranch! ugh, to die for! When I want wings delivered I always order here. I get the old bay and kicking bourbon sauces. I've tried the sesame oriental wings before and they were decent, but old bay and kicking bourbon are my favorite. The wings come hot and crispy, just like any wing lover wants, with homemade ranch or bleu cheese on the side. Their ranch is literally the best ranch I have ever had. I'm not even joking. It's nice and garlicky and not too thick. Tonight I ordered my usual and paid extra to get ranch and bleu cheese. When I opened my containers I didn't have any bleu cheese. It was only like $1 extra but still disappointing when you don't get exactly what you order. The delivery was quick and the food, as always was still hot, so I can't complain too much. read more

Yes, Ma'am. I'm a Big Bite convert. Have now tried many more pies from the Bite, and have been pleased every time. The crust is *puh-urrr-fectly* cooked: crunchy and crispy, but not overdone! And the toppings, which are PILED on, taste fresh and faboo. I see no reason to order from a national chain again...unless I'm broke. Because Big Bite is considerably more money than Domino's (in fairness to Domino's, I could eat a whole thin crust 'za in one sitting...they do a mean one). We've also had some of their sammies delivered. The hot vegetarian with sautéed peppers, onions, and 'shrooms, along with melted provolone, cold lettuce and tomato, and a touch of mayo is delicious. The fries that come with the combo get soggy when they steam themselves in the takeout container, but they still taste good. Good to know: if you phone in your order, they don't accept your credit card info over the phone. You have to order on-line to use your card. Wish I'd known that *before* we called the first time, so we didn't have to raid the couch cushions to make pizza-ends meet! read more

About a 2.5: AW, I'm glad that this is one of the places that are opened late; however, for the recent pick-up order, the wings to be requested as 'extra extra well-done' (one of the options for the cooking of the wings), were actually just regularly cooked - they were not even 'well done,' but so soft and too much sauce that wasn't cooked with the chicken - I was quite disappointed. The mozzarella sticks seemed to have been microwaved, rather than deep-fried, as the cheese was not melted inside, and the exterior was not crispy at all :( The hamburger was okay, with its wheat bun, and the fries were the normal non-seasoned kind. If you like the nacho cheese-like consistency, you would be a fan of their cheese; I prefer it to be more saltier and thicker in texture. I did try their chicken parmesean (with your choice of angel hair, spaghetti, or penne; I opted for the penne) - it was more on the bland side, but the chicken was well-breaded.
