Would be zero stars if possible. Bought Toro riding mower so I could be guaranteed local service. 7…read moreor 8 years ago I had it serviced at the downtown location and nice old tech told me he could fix my left zero turn brake but would cost several hundred dollars. It creeps gently backwards when in neutral until it meets any resistance and stops. but he advised if it was him he'd just operate it as is. Good advice. Ive never once had an issue with it. In 2022 I got full service package at the new location on West Main. Same gentle creep. 2024 I just got oil change. Same gentle creep. Today David the tool said he couldn't service it because of the brake creep. I checked with manager who informed me it was a liability. Too dangerous to put up on the lift. Except David had already told me he'd had it on the lift not once, but twice already. But it was too risky to change oil and sharpen blades. Zero common sense.

She does not seem like she moves off her chair much to help customers and when she finally did help me she was not knowledgable at all. Bad experience all together. I won't ever go back.
