I visited urgent care due to a severe cough. The visit lasted approximately ten minutes. The claim…read morewas submitted to BCBS and was processed as out-of-network, resulting in a bill of $458.56. Under my insurance plan, my urgent care copay should be $75. The facility is affiliated with Bozeman Health, which is in-network for my coverage. There was no indication at the time of service that this would be treated as out-of-network. As a result, I am now spending significant time and effort trying to correct what appears to be a billing or administrative error that should have been addressed before the claim was submitted. When I called to resolve the issue, the interaction was unhelpful and unfriendly, which only added to the frustration. Patients should not have to navigate billing confusion or feel dismissed when seeking clarification about substantial charges. I strongly encourage the facility to review both its insurance processing procedures and its customer service practices. Accurate billing and professional communication are essential components of patient care.

Dr. Dana was very thorough and informative, and I left feeling assured. She knows her stuff! Additionally, this was the only urgent care center I found open on late Sunday afternoon. I really appreciate the hours that this clinic is willing to keep.

After getting a recommendation from a friend, I went and saw Dr. Lou Walters to help with a variety…read moreof issues I was having. Issues ranging from digestive, back pain, headaches, and insomnia, to name a few. After continuously being told by regular doctors to just take another pill and all will be good, but it wasn't. Most of the time my issues got worse and then more problems kept adding on to the list. I am happy to say that I have been going to Dr. Lou Walters for over 6 months and my health has improved tremendously! I find Dr. Walters to be compassionate and he has helped me more than any other "traditional" doctor ever has. It saddens me to read the bad review above and alas I do not have insurance so I have no basis for comparison but as far as the treatment I received and am still receiving I am very happy with how things are going.

I have to say I'm very disappointed with The Source Wellness Center. While the treatment was fine,…read moreDr. Walters clearly has no concept of payment or what is covered, or what isn't. I went in and he said that Aflac would cover all of my treatment. Multiple times he informed me of this. Aflac covers $120 for the first treatment, $35 after that. All the time. So when he said it was covered, I assumed he knew what he was talking about. Even before I left I asked if I needed to do anything and he said no, I was covered. Fast forward 6 months later, I get a bill in the mail. Not even a phone call, anything. Well, I signed a contract that I'm responsible for payment, even though orally he said that it was covered. So he threatened to take it to a collection agency. I never would have gone back for a follow up twice if I knew it would cost me $140. After speaking to him he didn't admit his mistake, but lowered my bill to $70. Still, $70 I never would have paid if he told me the truth: he had no idea how Aflac worked so had no idea if Aflac would cover his costs or not. I would be very careful when going here as it is clear Dr. Walters has no idea what he is talking about in some areas. It could cost you money!!

The first one happened 7 years ago, and the latest took place In October 2019. First, a word about Bridger Ortho itself. My experience has been that they run a tight ship, very organized and well oiled, which ensures that my own time is not wasted or spent in frustration. The whole business is designed to get people in and out on time, and make it an easy, stress free experience. Jon Robinson is an excellent surgeon who inspires confidence. I have heard tell that his bedside manner leaves something to be desired, but if so, it never bothered me. My first surgery was flawless, the pain gone within weeks. The second one has not produced the same flawless results, as 3 months later I'm still experiencing pain. However, I'm confident that this will be rectified shortly.

I was in more pain (excruciating) after the surgery than before, my knee wasn't healing properly and there was a lot of fluid discharge. It was so hard to get through to my provider by phone and my messages went unanswered. I finally went to their office and was seen pretty quickly (probably because they didn't want other patient's witnessing a patient crying uncontrollably in the waiting room.) An ex-ray showed that the surgeon had left a glob of something in my knee so he had to do another surgery to remove it. When I woke up he told me i needed a knee replacement; Just what I wanted to avoid. Of course I went elsewhere for my knee replacement. also felt like they move patients through as quickly as possible probably to maximize their profit. Their follow up is terrible. I know two other people who had unsatisfactory results from joint replacement surgeries at Bridger.
