The claim…read morewas submitted to BCBS and was processed as out-of-network, resulting in a bill of $458.56. Under my insurance plan, my urgent care copay should be $75. The facility is affiliated with Bozeman Health, which is in-network for my coverage. There was no indication at the time of service that this would be treated as out-of-network. As a result, I am now spending significant time and effort trying to correct what appears to be a billing or administrative error that should have been addressed before the claim was submitted. When I called to resolve the issue, the interaction was unhelpful and unfriendly, which only added to the frustration. Patients should not have to navigate billing confusion or feel dismissed when seeking clarification about substantial charges. I strongly encourage the facility to review both its insurance processing procedures and its customer service practices. Accurate billing and professional communication are essential components of patient care.

Dr. Dana was very thorough and informative, and I left feeling assured. She knows her stuff! Additionally, this was the only urgent care center I found open on late Sunday afternoon. I really appreciate the hours that this clinic is willing to keep.

Service was good and everyone was nice BUT why would you not give a pain med to someone that doesnt take them but in the case of diverticulitis which is extremely painful it is needed as it takes 2 or 3 days for antibiotics to start working. There is no excuse to let someone be in pain and not offer something when their in pain but you write a script for 14 days worth of antibiotics but nothing else.So many drug addicts and we know people buy other people's prescriptions but us legit folks cant even get a couple days worth while in pain with a condition!!!

After many years of camping in the area we had a need for medical care. The facility is ascetically attractive, very clean and overall well maintained! All employees , from the initial check-in desk (Lucinda) to the pharmacy were pleasant, kind and helpful. Special shout out to Kristin Maurer, FNP!! I received excellent medical care in the walk-in Clinic in a very reasonable amount of time and all my needs were meet in this one location. Thanks to all, I'm on the mend!

Great place, great people! BridgerCare has been my go-to for birth control and reproductive health…read moreever since moving to Bozeman in 2007. The sliding fee scale has helped me when I was short on funds, but now I am able to pay full fee or use my insurance which I now have and I am happy to do so to support this place! Love that you can call in refills or request them online. They have never screwed up an order of mine and have always been quick about adding insurance, and even sending me refunds when things ended up getting covered! Super warm and inviting place with really nice people working there!

True, this is the best place to get birth control pills and s.t.i. testing because it's easy, they are kind, and there's a sliding scale. But, that's about all bridgercare has to offer. I wanted an IUD because all the pills I had tried were driving me crazy - but they deferred me to yet another pill. Fine. Whatever. But as a clinic concerned with women's health, I would think they would have more alacrity in offering their clients with the world's most prevalent form of reversible contraception. But, I guess big pharma wins in this little clinic. And if there are any other concerns, I'd look elsewhere. I went in because I'd found a lump in my breast and I was freaking out. I told the RN my breasts were tender and she replied (I shit you not) "How funny! You're the second person to tell me that today. Must be the moon." If I had wanted an astrological analysis, I would have made a completely different type of appointment at a completely different place. As it was, I was scared and some nincompoop was offering me primordial solace. If you need the pill or need to get tested, this place is aight. If you need an IUD on a sliding scale, be prepared to stand your ground and push them for it. If you have any other health concerns, see a real doctor.

Sooo glad this place is here, and the doctor is wonderful. Unfortunately, we had to come here…read moremultiple times... First, we drove here from Canyon because my spouse injured his ankle while hiking the north rim. He managed to use my hiking poles and get himself the half mile out and into the car, and we learned from the front desk folks about this place and that it was the only doctor in Yellowstone. So we drove. We got excellent care! First, they have x-ray equipment, so they were able to find out it was a fracture. Next, they had a walking boot to put him in, and the doctor and nurse both gave good care and instructions. Very good experience. Everyone was nice to us. Then a day and a half later, my kiddo and I both came here for help with a stomach bug or food poisoning. With alternating diarrhea and vomiting for several hours, we desperately needed help! Dr. Haney was great. She was able to make sure we didn't have anything serious, talk about what it could be, what to do, etc. We got a care plan and were able to purchase some anti-vomit medicine, which ended up being very useful. Especially as there are no pharmacies within reasonable driving distance. A nurse saw us before the doctor came in, and she took our vitals and such and talked with us about our symptoms. She gave my kiddo an anti-vomit pill and me a Gatorade (since it had been more than a half hour since my last throw up event) and had me take a sip once every few minutes to see if I could keep it down. In fact, the only negative -- my kiddo asked politely if he could have a Gatorade also, and she was snotty about it and said condescendingly that she was sure we could buy Gatorade later. The doctor then came in and gave him a Gatorade, as she was much nicer. I mean, yes, of course we can buy Gatorade later, and we did, but since it's too early for stores to be open and he is dehydrated and also I'm sipping one right in front of him... really? But other than that, we felt very well taken care of at this clinic, and the doctor was absolutely wonderful and we were very confident in her care. And other than the one thing, the nurse was appropriate and did everything I would expect and hope for. So all around good care, would highly recommend this place.
