After calling multiple shops up on a Friday evening, many of them were either closed or quoted me at least 2 hours and $100-150 to tow my car three miles back home. I took a risk and started calling shops with no reviews. CSR quoted me $75 for pickup and $4/mile. Best of all, they said they'd get to me in 15 minutes. 15 minutes passed by and the tow truck came to save me! It should've been about $90 but the guy asked me $80. Definitely going to call these guys again if I get into any car trouble.

I'm very thankful to Mr. Numan and the team at Super Auto Center on Wilkens Ave in Baltimore. I went in for a routine alignment, and Mr. Numan discovered that my sway-bar links, which had recently been installed by a different shop, were loose and causing an embarrassing clunking noise. He tightened them at no extra charge and completed the alignment. The difference was amazing. T car now rides smooth and the clunking is completely gone. Mr. Numan also noticed my badly bent rim, explained the safety concern, and even offered to install my spare tire at no additional charge. Do not trust this shop. I went on a Tuesday to get my car…read moreinspected, and was failed for a false reason. Asked for the issue and was told it was a clicking in my steering wheel even though that was not what was listed on the inspection form. They then proceeded to tell me my whole steering column needed to be replaced and it would cost $1000. I was stunned considering my car had 33k miles on it and no history of break-ins or accidents. I went the next day to a more reputable shop and had one mechanic and one mechanic/state certified inspector both test drive and inspect my vehicle. Both agreed I should not have been failed, and that there were no issues with my car. They said that even if there was an issue, the fix should NEVER cost more than $600 considering the part needed would be 100 dollars and labor runs around 500 to fix the issue. I went back to Redhill Auto afterwards and explained that this all seems weird and I needed to be given the exact reason my car didn't pass and a itemized list of what would be replaced for it to pass. All of a sudden the Inspector Alvin was saying now my steering shaft was clearly replaced before and my car shouldn't be driven, not the steering column. From there I was refused an itemized list of what would be fixed and changed. I went back to the more reputable shop once more, and they confirmed again there was nothing wrong with my car. I contacted the state trooper in charge of handling inspection disputes, and today (thursday) he looked at my car after talking to the inspector alvin. My car instantly passed and the state trooper seemed confused why it failed in the first place. After the state trooper left I was made to wait 30 minutes for them to update and print out my approved inspection. If you value respect, integrity, and honesty do not bring your car here.
