Strongly recommend! Read below…read more I requested my Toyota Solara to be towed in town to the repair shop. Response time was as promised. The attitude was friendly and professional. HOWEVER!!! When the tow truck arrived at the destination, my car's back bumper was scraped and had slight long dent with a red paint from the truck. My car is white so the scrape is very visible. The driver was concerned, took picture of the damage and said that he is going to "talk to the boss". I am requesting my money back and I will update this review after my problem is resolved. Update a week later. Changing my rating to 5 stars. Extremely responsive and proactive to my problem. Not only John directed me to a good repair shop but completely covered the cost of the repair. Mishaps can occur even with the best of services. The attitude and the compassion after that is what matters. Strongly recommend!
