The day after we dropped the car off we got a phone call stating that some parts were broken during the removal and our new total would be an additional $800. The person that did the estimate said he would still honor the estimate since these parts were never discussed that they needed to be remove. I called the shop to make sure that we would not be charged the extra amount and spoke with Tracy who told me that we will have to pay for the parts or they will not do the work on our car. So now they are holding our car hostage until we agree to pay for the parts. Take my advise and NEVER use this company they are very unprofessional and do not stand by their estimate!

I brought the car back to Bob Ruth Ford and they removed the tint and did what was needed to the exhaust so it would pass MD state inspection. When I brought the car back to Caples Car Care, they failed the inspection and told me that Bob Ruth Ford did an inadequate repair, and I would have to pay them to fix the issue or would have to pay another fee to re inspect the work if I took the car somewhere else. I had them give me the car back and I took the car to another approved MD inspection station this morning and it passed. I feel verry taken advantage of by Caples car care!!!!!!

I called the 800 number on the card, they said help was on the way. 10 minutes later, my phone rang and the tow truck operator from Simply the Best Towing said he was 15 to 20 minutes away. He showed up with the rollback in the exact amount of time he had said. The operator was very polite and respectful. He maneuvered the flat bed with great effort and experience so my Toyota Camry would not bottom out while wrenching it up on the bed. Overall, my experience today was Excellent! Thank you!

First of all, the tow truck had a chain hanging down in the back that drug a good 4-5 feet behind the truck and was sparking against the road the entire way until they turned off. More concerning than that, my friend and I were traveling together and merging onto the road the truck was driving on. She was in front of me and got over in front of him and as I was attempting to, the driver sped up and wouldn't let me over, then laid on the horn at my friend as if she cut him off!!! Then the entire way he was riding the back of her car so much he kept having to brake the whole time! Ridiculous and extremely inappropriate driving to be representing a company.
