Turned up, did it and charged us $150. What was worse is they texted me before asking me if i wanted this, I said no. They then texted again I said no. I then called them and made sure they wouldn't come, woman said they wouldn't. then they turn up and blow them out and charge us. I disputed this and her response was 'well when you use us you sign up to a contract for this service'. I asked for the contract they could not provide it, I have never signed a contract with them. I credit card disputed and got the money back - really shady practices stay away.

Steve, the owner came to our house to look at a clogged koi pond pipe. He proceeded to look at our…read moreirrigation system that we hadn't used in two years. I explained that the irrigation wasn't an issue but that I needed the koi pond piping to be looked at as discussed over the phone. He stayed one hour and ten minutes and then handed me a bill for 400 dollars. When I said "400 for a couple of ideas for me to do myself and try to get the pond unplugged seems ridiculous. You didn't even try to fix the pond which is what you came out to do." He said "sorry you do t like the price but I round up." I again reiterated that we don't use the irrigation system so I am not sure why he focused on one sprinkler. Saddest part of the whole situation is that the irrigation system was never broken and right after Steve left, the sprinkler in the front of my house started leaking and now floods the driveway. I called him back immediately and he told me to pound sand. Run from this crook.
