He explained they were busy and it's going to be a few weeks but they are definitely going to deliver the wood and he gave me his personal phone number so I can text him to ask for an update if I want to know where I am in the line. 3 weeks later I hadn't heard anything so I texted the phone number and he said he's hoping it will be the next weekend. That weekend passes with no more contact from them. 3 more weeks go by and I don't hear anything so I text again asking where I am in the line. Again he says it might be next weekend. I ordered in November and it's now the end of January and I am not very confident I'll ever get this wood. If I do, they definitely need to work on their communication with customers.
