He doesn't need to work, you a tell that from his success and all the celebrity letters. He does it for the passion. He's also pragmatic, isn't 'hand-wavy' with new tech, and focuses on fundamentals. For example, he used traditional hand casts for orthotics vs. lasers. Gotta say, I like these. The only minor area for improvement is the administrative side; the office a digital experience for tracking billing, viewing receipts, or managing records online. It's a bit of a manual process, but honestly, for the level of care and expertise Dr. Levi provides, it is a very small price to pay. If you want a podiatrist who actually cares about the 'why' behind your pain, this is the place to go.

I saw this man for less than 5min, he didn't want to do anything other than the most baseline strength assessment. No tests. No diagnostics. He didn't test my ROM or even ask me what I do for a living. I have radiating pain that shoots up my leg from the ball of my foot and I was completely ignored; Dr. Boykoff should be ashamed of himself.

It was my first time choosing a doctor through Yelp, so I was a little nervous, but I'm so glad I did. I originally went in for orthotics. The first pair didn't work well for me, but he quickly identified the issue and had me come right back in to re-scan my feet. He had a new & different pair created for me that worked far better, and I really appreciated how proactive and committed he was to getting it right. Dr. Khadavi is warm, truly listens, and genuinely cares about his patients. I've since gone back to him for additional foot needs and continue to appreciate his responsiveness and attentiveness. You can tell that the employees here care about their patients. I had a bunion on the edge near my 1st toe and 5th hammer toe surgery done and Dr. Yoo and his staff made it such an easy procedure for me, especially it being my first surgery ever. She was a (much older) woman so I tried to cut her some slack but after 3 times (and one *repeated* bill that was sent to collection--IN ERROR)-- I had to find someone else. It wasn't worth the headache. I also seemed to be his only patient under 75. Not a big deal--I just felt like my painful corn,etc. issues were not given as much attention as perhaps the concerns of his other patients. Dr. Yoo was super attentive and listened my questions/concerns thoroughly. He's a doctor you can relate to while also knowing his stuff! And I've never had an insurance/billing problem!

I went here 10 years ago and did not enjoy it at all mostly b/c of the rude Dr. I saw back then…read more My feet still hate me and this place is still so close to me so I decided to try them again a year or so ago and I'm so glad I did. I was assigned to Dr. Naei who is great! She's friendly, she asks questions, she explains things and she even answers questions too. (Dr. Naei's assistant - forgot her name - was great too) .. I've seen her a handful of times and he's always the same way. The first time I saw her she did tell me they sold orthotics there so I decided to buy them since I figured they'd hold up longer and fit better than any I could buy at CVS, and they have and they do! I have really bad arthritis in my lower back so foot pain has been an issue with me for long time and I do notice a difference between wearing them and not. I called last week b/c I totally overslept and they were great about letting me get there 15 mins late that day. Everyone I've dealt with at the front desk has been great. My insurance covers my appointments so/and I've never had an issue with billing.

She's rushed and breezy, tossing her curls around. The office won't provide the x-ray on which she allegedly based her diagnosis. She must have been guessing. I'm still in pain. She did offer extremely expensive ointment, inserts and a cortisone shot. I bought the inserts and passed on the other two. I sense it's just another racket masquerading as healthcare.

Dr. Neil Patel was the third podiatrist I saw about a persistent pain in my heel…read more He was the first one to really listen to me and to take an x-ray and I ended up with a totally different diagnosis from him than from the other two podiatrists. They have an x-ray machine in their office which is nice. The technology is there, why not use it? His staff was unusually friendly and the office is so new and bright it makes you feel very safe. Update as of 6/2: Though I was able to resolve the insurance claim for the orthotics, (with no…read morehelp from Dr. Patel or his office) the orthotics I paid $650 for werent done right and they had to send them for re-work that took over 6 weeks to complete. Dr. Patel took no responsibility for mismanaging and miscommunicating with their contracted orthotic vendor in completing the appropriate revision. Additionally, Dr. Patel had very little regard for the pain and discomfort i have been feeling for the last 3 months due to the lack of proper footware. I am picking up my orthotics today, over 3 months after my initial visit. I don't have much hope the revised orthotics will work but Dr. Patel won't offer refunds. I plan to get any future orthotics from another provider.
