I've found this to be a good option for shopping at this banana, as long as the online order isn't return by mail only. The banana reps have always been good to me whether it be to find a different size or place an order for something they don't currently have in store. Actually, there have been times where they've gotten me a better deal in the store for some of the items I've ordered online. Overall, it's not a bad place to shop when you need to actually look like you've got your life in order, and there's generally always a sale going on. Regarding the review about the negative customer service experience, I prefer not to be harassed by the sales associates. If I wanted that I'd just go to Buckle.
