I was actually able to go in to mail it inside. The doors were open for post office boxes owners to be able to get their mail/small packages. It's clean. It is surprisingly larger than I thought it would be. This was a very quick pit stop and I'm glad that I was able to mail it from Solvang to make it to Germany.

One day a wonderful woman came from the back to helped me out while on her lunch break. But nothing beats my last visit. I was running errands in a hurry and stopped to drop off a few packages and to purchase packing tape. In my rush to get back home, I left my tape I purchased on the counter. The lady saw that I was local from my packages and delivered my packing tape I purchase and left to my mailbox. I just can't get over the kind gesture. It was slightly humorous because I had just drop another package off, after hours, in their box using duck tape because that's all I had. If only I had checked my mailbox first. We followed up several times, pre-paid upon order, and was provided highly unprofessional service at every point during the order. We asked for status updates only to hear sorry we can't do that "the check is in the mail", as we approached 2 weeks before the shirts were needed the proof was still not available. The owner stated they wouldn't be ready in time. We needed them for a specific awareness event on 1 April and receiving them in May wasn't an option. He stated they were "busy" ok I understand but you either hire more people, or take less orders to meet your commitments. The owner claimed to refund the almost $1000 we pre-paid but the credit never hit the account. After a bank dispute, countless hours going back and forth with failed promises, and the scramble to find a new vendor on less than 2 weeks notice we were able to get what we needed at another small business in town New Lowe's.

I was at the end of my copier leases, and I was told to write a letter of intent to stop. I did that months ago, sent it to Kurt, and he said I didn't send it to the right person. More money down the drain. What is sad is that Kurt says Duplicated has hundreds of old copiers in their storage unit... So many that they couldn't come and get mine while I pay off the last payments. I'm sure many of the copiers in there have local businesses paying payments on them while they sit and collect dust. What a waste of resources. Where do these copiers end up? Poisoning the landfills... The bottom line is: do not lease a copier for your business!!! Everyone told us we needed the latest and greatest to look professional... That's a bunch of baloney. You will be trapped in a never ending cycle of monthly payments and never own anything. When you cancel the lease, the only way out is to pay thousands of dollars to buy the old copier you have already paid for, over and over again, or get another lease. They wrap all the costs and fees back into the next copier and you end up in a never ending cycle of exorbitant monthly charges that will never end... If you really need to look professional, buy a good business copier at Costco every five years and you will save a ton of money and get the latest technology. Stay away from Duplicated. Stay away from copier leases!!!!!!
