I bought a stiizy battery starter kit from them and 19 days later it started to malfunction, not hitting, just blinking. I did the trouble shooting, nothing worked. 19-20 days of usage that cost me $35 is a faulty product. The whole thing is no more than $5 for components and packaging. Bleudiamond sold it for $35. a 700% mark up. I called and spoke to Kevin, a so called closest thing to a 'Manager' there at the time according to him. He said he could do nothing for me and was dismissive and talked over me while I tried to explain to him what happend. I wrote a letter to the owner of the company and still no response(72 hours later). They couldn't or wouldn't make it right. All of us smokers know that those batteries can be faulty from the manufacturer and the vendor(Blue Diamond) can return these products to stiizy for a credit. There are 2 services - the delivery in SM and the Lounge in Lompoc - both suck so don't bother. SM had a deal that I called about - said the deal wasn't live anymore even though it was on the radio lol (2023). Fast forward to the new lounge in Lompoc - went for bingo - called that morning to confirm it was happening since I was coming from Oxnard- they said it was. Called again as I was driving down to make sure it was still happening since I was meeting friends there - they confirmed yes it's still happening (I think they said like from 4-6). I get there again tell them I'm there for bingo, (by this time it's known why I'm there) go ahead and make my purchase so that I can go to play bingo and once I pay and go to play bingo they tell me bingo is over (it's 4:58pm). I honestly think it's a joke because the guy I just bought the weed from knows I'm here to play bingo so I'm like why did you let me buy this if you knew it was over. So I ordered a $100 oz of Gelato 44 and when the driver arrived he gave me something else telling me it was denser and just better quality. I should have asked for what I ordered but he probably would've just lied about having the order anyways, looking at the other reviews. I try smoking this "better" weed and to my surprise, it literally is so dry and tastes so much like ash that when you inhale you can't help but gag. I got rid of about a little less than half the oz in a day and my friend was like "you probably got scammed" which I hadn't even previously considered, I just thought I wasn't a fan of the strain. I call bleu diamond trying to come up with a solution to the issue and what I ended up being forced into agreeing to was replacing the little more than a half oz I had with an equal amount of their actual product. The third day I still didn't have a real product from bleu diamond I talk to the manager again this time trying to get a full oz because I feel like I shouldn't be paying the same fee I am for their bud as I did for their scammer drivers' garbage weed. While on the phone with the manager I called his driver a scammer and he responded by screaming like a child that none of his drivers are scammers and that I was way out of line (I had talked on the phone with him two days prior and he said he knew which driver I had an issue with and that he was fired for bad business practices, seems the manager is a liar too).
