Their…read morewebsite says that they were supposedly open, but when I got there and parked in the lot off of 3rd, there was no signage anywhere indicating where to go. Every door on the 1st floor was closed up, no signage or doorbells or anything. I couldn't find anything on the interwebs about what their secret door knock might be, so I tried "Shave and a Haircut" but that didn't seem to work. All out of ideas, I went to a different dispensary and was able to easily find the door.

I'm in there a couple times a week, and love the equipment they have available for free for you to use. They have a fancy gravity bong, two volcanoes (my personal favorite), dab bongs, regular bongs, papers to roll -basically anything you can think of to smoke out of they got it. Apart from that they have multiple tv's and spots to chill. They have touchtunes, 2 PS5's, Guitar Hero, and a fn POOL TABLEEEE. I literally always forget to take pics but it's sooo cute in there! Also 10/10 service. Everyone working is very attentive, and help elevate your experience in the lounge. Honestly cant believe I didn't leave a review earlier!

The first time we called we got our order in and he even told us give them an hour, we waited longer than an hour bc we understand it gets packed BUT when we called to see where it's at the guy proceeded to act like he didn't know about the order or that he didn't know if he took it or not. We knew it was the same guy. We didn't complain or nothing that day we hung up. Then today we decided to call and they did the SANE THJNG she kept putting us on hold and then eventually hung up on us and when we called back she tired to act like we were being problems bc we were already frustrated since it's happened one too many time . she hung up on my spouse and then I decided to call back bc I want them to know it's been happening and it's NOT OK. except she wasn't wanting to listen I asked to speak to her manager and she said I could talk to her and then I said can get ur name and she started saying that she doesn't have to tell me instead she wanted to play the disrespectful "I don't have to listen to you" attitude about doing her job. I asked her if they didn't want our buisness they should just say that from the jump and she said "we don't want your buisness" so at the end of day yall need to do better bc it should have never been that extra they could have just told us they were busy and figure it out from there but I have NVER HAD SO MUCH PROBLEMS WITH A DISPENSARY. Bc weed heads are chill but Bleu Diamonds staff are rude and unprofessional.

We tried ordering from Bleu Diamond Cannabis Delivery during our stay, and the experience was a mix…read moreof confusion at first... followed by a surprisingly smooth and fast delivery. Originally, we drove to the listed address (about 13 minutes from our hotel), only to find out that it isn't a storefront at all -- they operate as a delivery-only service. That part wasn't clearly obvious upfront, so it threw us off a bit. Once we figured that out, we placed an order directly for delivery instead. From there, everything moved quickly. The delivery itself didn't take long, and even as a new customer, the process felt streamlined. No unnecessary delays, no hoops to jump through -- just straightforward ordering and quick fulfillment. The person who delivered was also very efficient. At one point, it was clear they were managing multiple customers at once (another customer was coordinated to meet him at the same location), but everything still felt organized and handled professionally. As for the product: * Quality was good * Taste was solid * Experience matched expectations The only real downside was pricing. The eighth we purchased was around $30, which felt a bit high compared to other options, especially since it was actually more expensive than some of the pre-rolls. Since we were only in town for a short time, we didn't want to overbuy, so in hindsight, sticking with pre-rolls probably would have been the better value. That said, convenience is where they really shine. For someone traveling, not familiar with local spots, or just trying to get something delivered quickly without hassle, this service does exactly what it needs to do. Would I order again? Yes -- especially for the convenience alone. Just be aware: * They are delivery-only (no physical storefront) * Pricing can run a bit higher * But the speed and ease of ordering make up for it Overall, a solid, convenient experience that delivered (literally) without issues.

I appreciate all you do, and am grateful for your kindness & understanding. Support & love. The "happy, carefree" factor of visiting your shops should never wane. Regardless the circumstances. I'm invested in you, always. Thank you for caring, for paying attention, and for taking proactive measures to ameliorate any issues. YOU are all a part of the REASON I shop Farmacy exclusively. Truth be told, nearly every dispensary sells similar products at competitive pricing. What sets the stores apart...stores like The Farmacy, is the TEAM standing behind the brand. It will always be a critical deciding factor. Immeasurably so. You clearly take the time to carefully vette and attract great people, who believe in your MISSION and business foundation. These team members help to provide the top names and premiere products, at the best competitive prices, using elite & far superior customer service practices. The latter makes all the difference in the world. I have "tried" the others. They simply are not YOU. Just know with confidence that your team supersedes all other local SB dispensaries - hands down. It's simply the raw truth. From your security personnel (polished and professional) to your trusted and upbeat budtenders and Canna-Geniuses, you're SO FAR ahead of the pack. You're the quintessential "MUSK" of the cannabis industry (GHF). First group out of the local gates with a license for sales. That's a double-edged sword, which hopefully dulls on one edge over time. Thank you, for leading with kindness, tolerance, patience, and acceptance. You are all Badasses, and I appreciate every single one of you, from the greenhouses to the store. Every step is linked to the next. It takes a village. Farmacy continues to lead by example, dotting "i's" and crossing "T's" - in the name of regulations (always changing in these early stages). You cannot stop the onslaught of the massive waves...but you can definitely learn to surf. You've all become "slater" worthy, with the amount of surfing you've had to do in the cannabis climate. Thank you. I see you, and all of your struggle. I appreciate it all. We live in a time many believed would never arrive. It's nice - just to be a part of it all.
