The delivery itself didn't take long, and even as a new customer, the process felt streamlined. No unnecessary delays, no hoops to jump through -- just straightforward ordering and quick fulfillment. The person who delivered was also very efficient. At one point, it was clear they were managing multiple customers at once (another customer was coordinated to meet him at the same location), but everything still felt organized and handled professionally.
